I recently moved about 50 miles away but when it came time to service my Camry, I passed two other Toyota dealerships knowing I would be treated right and get great service as usual. Word of advice to new car owners! Don't let ur Toyota Care expire before you get the full benefits. I had to pay for an oil change that I could have gotten for free. My 2015 was purchased July 31 2015. Today September 2nd. $60 for oil change, but thankfully had coupon. Still a Toyota lover.

Needed a transmission shift cable. I called dealership and they wanted $ 247 for the part. Found same part at another Toyota dealer (online) for $150. How can this be ? These are the kind of things that makes customers weary of dealerships.
