Buchanan Subaru

I was going to buy from this dealership about a month ago. I decided to wait until after the holidays. When I say I have asked these people to stop calling me, it's a understatement. BUT what really got me mad is when I started getting calls and text at 11:15PM!! Who in their right mind would text someone about buying a car that late at night!!? These people must be desperate and trying to make a deal when the customer is sleeping! I will NEVER do any type of business with a company like that. I have been in retail and sales management for over 40 years, and I would never think of doing something like that. I wish I could give zero stars!

They efficiently arranged financing, insurance, and DMV registration. I was introduced to the service manager and tech expert. Now I know who to call. The Forester was perfectly clean and shiny and had a full tank of gas on the day I picked it up. It has been a long time since we have walked into a dealership to buy a car. Samantha , Mike and Robbie made this experience so easy and painless. Great communication very professional and the deal was the fastest I have ever experienced for a dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Walk in the door and ask for Samantha , She will take care of you! Only disappointment was the used car only came with 1 key FOB but was told it had 2 when it was traded but the 2nd wouldn't allow car to start so they destroyed it. I asked for a replacement but they have not gotten me one and kinda been ignored on my ask for one.
