I truly feel like I had such an amazing experience. If it wasn't for John Sales I would've never been able to come home with my Dream Car. He worked so hard and fought to get me an amazing deal. I have bought several of there products.,I believe the car I just bought will be the last one from this dealership. It sets in my garage not being driven. Sales and service of this car made a terrible deal.. I was told that I was a loyal customer, I do not feal like one at this time. I am disappointed how everything turn out .I normally buy new products. This one is not new, and has been wreck, does not drive well. Will not serve my needs.

I bought a Nissan Sentra 2021 in October of 2023. It had 54,500 miles on it. I was told by Manny that is may be used but 185 point certified checklist was performed on it. When it took it for service on July 17 2024 I was told by Doug it needed rear brakes and next visit front brakes. I told him about the 185 point inspection. I had only put 2000 miles on the car. Doug said the brakes passed when they did the 185 point checklist. He said "you know it's business". That is my reason for this review.
