Excellent….

Excellent…. Shout out to Jeffrey for all his help and pleasant demeanor, he is a gem, also JB was terrific got us in and out in no time. We have never been treated like this before at any other dealerships/service departments, it’s nice to know that you are a valued customer. Hats off to Sutherland Nissan Orlando and staff, you have a customer for life.

I truly feel like I had such an amazing experience.

I truly feel like I had such an amazing experience. If it wasn't for John Sales I would've never been able to come home with my Dream Car. He worked so hard and fought to get me an amazing deal. I'm 22 years old and I came home with a brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder with a super low monthly payment. Truly an amazing person. Ask for him!! Also thank you Anthony for making the final step easy!!

Another awesome experience.

Another awesome experience. We only buy/lease our cars from Sutherlin Nissan. And we drive two hours for the experience.

I have bought several of there products.

I have bought several of there products.,I believe the car I just bought will be the last one from this dealership. It sets in my garage not being driven. Sales and service of this car made a terrible deal.. I was told that I was a loyal customer, I do not feal like one at this time. I am disappointed how everything turn out .I normally buy new products. This one is not new, and has been wreck, does not drive well. Will not serve my needs.

I received excellent service at Sutherlin Nissan, I traded in my 2021 Chevy Equinox for a 2022 Cadillac XT4. They worked with me to get the right down payment and the right monthly payments that I needed. I would definitely do business with them again.

Wow, why would you go anywhere else?

Wow, why would you go anywhere else? I came in thinking I wanted one car and they were committed to helping me be in the best car for my needs. I test drove 4 cars and found a car I had never considered. I am so happy I chose Sutherlin Nissan. Thank you Sutherlin Nissan for helping get where I needed to go.

I bought a Nissan Sentra 2021 in October of 2023.

I bought a Nissan Sentra 2021 in October of 2023. It had 54,500 miles on it. I was told by Manny that is may be used but 185 point certified checklist was performed on it. When it took it for service on July 17 2024 I was told by Doug it needed rear brakes and next visit front brakes. I told him about the 185 point inspection. I had only put 2000 miles on the car. Doug said the brakes passed when they did the 185 point checklist. He said "you know it's business". That is my reason for this review.
