Guy was exceptionally grounded guy and help me out when I arrived with no appointments.

Guy is always friendly and sincere in his coversations with me. He never tries to "suggestive sell" or pressure me into getting a service I really don't need and that is very much apptreciated. Guy understands the vaule of repeat customers and does his best to accommodate me when something comes up in short notice.

Every time I come for an oil change it take 45 min to one hr. This last visit I I can't for my appointment. 3 hrs went by and nobody updated me on the status of my vehicle. I went to inquire about it and turned out the mechanic hadn't even started in it. He was tied up with another job. They could have assigned another mechanic or at least kept me informed. I'll have to find another place to do my maintenance that can ensure they are able to handle the work.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean work areas and immaculate waiting areas with wifi and TV. Along with continual updates on the service status of your vehicle.
