Every aspect of my purchase was great. I spent a lot of time researching the car I wanted using this site as well as a few others. My wife and I finally landed on looking for a Kia Rondo. We had a few false starts after test driving some local Rondos so we expanded our search. Then we spotted one at Magic Imports that looked perfect! It had everything we wanted at a really good price except it was over 500 miles away. I had my reservations about taking such a long trip, but decided to start a dialog with the dealer at Magic Imports. Throughout my conversations with the dealer at Magic Imports, I was always treated with honesty and fairness. They helped coordinate a shop visit with a mechanic nearby to get an inspection for the vehicle which checked out fine. Also, they fixed a blemish on the back bumper for me and, once I decided to take a flight down to pick up the car, I was told that they would pick me up at the airport too! When I arrived, everything was in order. There were no hidden issues with the car and it drove well (it had 32K miles and had a clean/well serviced carfax report so I wasn't expecting any surprises). It was also nice that I wasn't pressured into buying.
