My experience @ Toyota dealership on Aug. 17, 2022

I went to the collision department for an estimate on my rear driver bumper. Nathan was GREAT. VERY professional, KIND & most willing to be of service, as was the group. It was a TOTALLY AWESOME experience!!

Toyota of New Orleans servicing my 2019 Highlander

Kayla Rickert was the worst service advisor I have ever encountered. She told me everything was covered and then she charged me 22.00 for materials. On top of that she never called me by name and I had an appointment for service at 11:00am for an oil change and a nail in the tire which took them 4hours to do. Toyota of New Orleans servicing a2019 Highlander.
