Platinum Used Cars

I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review because my experience with Platinum was on both sides of the spectrum. From a customer service perspective, things went relatively well. However, from an overall integrity in pricing vantage point, they leave a lot to be desired. Long and short of the story- Jay ( star salesperson) did a fantastic job of delivering service and completing my transaction. On the flip side, the establishment literally added over $1000 in fees once we got to the negotiation table, which I had to combat... in addition the dealership had the audacity to add a $299 "Registration Fee" for a vehicle that I was registering and paying the taxes on in a different state. When it was all said in done I purchased the vehicle simply because I actually had more money than time toward the end of the process. The silver lining of the experience is that I left with a quality vehicle (Honda Pilot). However...Caveat Empto!

I?ve purchased many vehicles in the past but this experience was one of the most seamless processes I?ve been through! They were very thorough with making sure our financing arrangement worked for us and they took their time to negotiate deals with the bank. I will definitely be returning to them for future purchases and will pass on their information!w

Jay was great and made my first car buying experience extremely easy! The car is in exceptional condition and the price was 2k cheaper than other cars with the same miles. I would highly recommend Platinum Cars.

If your in the market for a vehicle platinum cars is the place. I had been in the market for a honda oddyssey and searched near and far. I came across platinum and found the car I had been looking for. What I didn't know was how awesome of an experience I was going to have. The salesman was straight forward and down to earth and just as awesome as the car I was buying. After flying 500 miles it took no time to do all the paperwork and get me back on my way home.
