Poor customer service! We purchased a vehicle at the very end of day. They added negative equity to our new loan in order to get our payments where we wanted without telling us. We made three attempts with Robert Perales and our salesman Matt to compensate in some way. Explaining we have purchased three vehicles from them in the past and we did all maintenance with them and to please take that into consideration. Robert never returned any information to us as he said he would. We had to call again to find out he wasn't willing to do anything. We put 4000.00 down cash also. We told our salesman we wanted to have our trade in at least paid off. But we never double checked it. Our trade in blue booked for 15,000.00. Even when we signed the finance paperwork it wasn't disclosed that they tacked on some negative equity from our trade in.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Warsaw GMC’s service department has been extremely disappointing. My 2019 GMC Yukon has been at this dealership since September 3, 2025 (Labor Day weekend) for a transmission replacement under warranty. After the warranty inspection and approval, I spoke with Service Manager Rick Wilson, who clearly stated that my total out-of-pocket cost would be $100 deductible. Based on that, I authorized the repair. Over a month later, on October 13, 2025, I was suddenly told I owe an extra $533.86, which was never mentioned, discussed, or approved before the work was completed. I’ve repeatedly requested a detailed, itemized invoice explaining what this charge is for and have still not received one. To make matters worse, I was told Rick is on vacation until 10/20, and that my vehicle will not be released until the additional amount is paid — even though this cost was never disclosed or authorized. All calls to the service department are recorded, and those recordings would confirm I was told my only expense would be the $100 deductible. I’ve since opened a case with GMC Corporate because this situation is unacceptable. Customers should never be surprised with hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges after repairs are completed, especially when the service center fails to communicate or obtain approval first. I’m hoping management takes responsibility, corrects this issue, and improves communication and transparency with their customers moving forward.

I purchased a 2023 Buick Enclave in July of 2024 from Warsaw GMC and after signing all the required paperwork I ask for the second set of keys. The salesman looked for them but couldn't find the second set so I just figured that I would buy a key fob and let them program it when I came to get my free oil change they promised. I did order one on line with the exact same part number on the original key fob. In October I made an appointment to get my free oil change and tires rotated and at the same time I ask if they could program the key fob. (By the way oil change is not free they charge you $40.00 for supplys) Anyway they came out into the waiting room and told me the key fob I purchased could not be programed for some reason. They told me I had to purchase a new key fob from them for $300.00 b/c they erased the memory on the original key fob. I told them just reprogram the original and I would get by with one. They said they needed a second key fob to program the original and if I wanted to get home I needed to buy one from them for $300.00 (I would call that blackmail)
