My salesman corey kuhn was very down to earth and relatable. He wasnt overbearing and didnt try to bamboozle me. If he didnt know the answer, he was honest and would tell me that he wasnt 100% on an answer and would seek out the correct information. It was obvious he wasn't going to try to fool me or tell me what i wanted to hear. He, and the entire staff there were very polite and accommodating to me and my family.

I came from new Orleans to check out a used carolla. Jeremiah treated me unlike any other salesman. Used car or not.😀 Worth the ride to Houma. thank you very much!!

Service is great. However, I am not pleased with the solution for our Rav4 radio/entertainment. It constantly stops working; we are told it is because it wasn't designed to accept updates, etc. and it would cost approx. 1000.00 to fix. The fact that Toyota has such inferior equipment in its vehicles is extremely disappointing. It should be remedied for a lot less, if not free.

Found everything I wanted, was not talked into something I didn't really want, and very reliable. Keith was very honest. I was surprised how amazing the service and warranties are with them. I know my highlander will last a very long time.

So we found the car we wanted online using Cars.com, it was located at Greg LeBlanc Toyota. And even though the car was used, it had VERY low miles (less than 10K), the color exterior & interior we wanted, along w/ some specific rims we liked for this model vehicle. Not to mention, Greg LeBlanc Toyota offered me a GREAT deal, so I had to get it! The only road bump I ran into was getting the vehicle from Louisiana to VA. And since Greg LeBlanc Toyota no longer ships used cars (which was a change in their policy), I had to fly down to New Orleans to pick it up, then drive it all the way back to VA. This was the only issue I had, other than this, they provided GREAT service, and everyone at the dealership was VERY professional and friendly I highly recommend Greg LeBlanc Toyota, especially the sales rep I worked with, Mr. Wade Thibodeaux, who did an outstanding job in getting the deal done! Also, I would like to add in, that if you do fly into New Orleans to pick up a vehicle from them, the dealership will have a shuttle pick you up from the airport - great service! Thanks

I have bought a few cars in my life...and by far this was the best car buying experience. The entire staff and our salesman, Elliot Lewis, were pleasant and friendly. No I was not satisfied with my experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and was recommended to do other services. The staff was not very friendly and when I didn't go with the additional services , I felt as though I was pushed aside.

Everyone is busy that includes myself, The service dept had me in and out in no time. Dropped my truck off in the AM and they called by 10 for me to pickup. Thanks AGAIN
