The service department at this dealership is deplorable,

The service department at this dealership is deplorable, i purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry from this dealership 05/2022. The Vehicle went in for service as per usual for regular maintenance tire rotation etc. well I heard a noise coming from the rear left side of the vehicle after service. I called and expressed my concerns to the service department. I was advised to bring the vehicle back for an inspection and was told there wasn’t an issue the technician didn’t see or hear anything. Well the vehicle went back to service on 12/16/22. I expressed my concerns this particular day as well and was told there’s no technician to look at the vehicle being it was only there for regular maintenance. I was told to make an appointment after the beginning of the year 01/23 to schedule an appointment for a technician to inspect the vehicle. Well the noise in the cabin of the vehicle got worse. I called Toyota care and was advised to bring the car into another dealership on 12/21 well there’s a shock on the left side of the vehicle that is bad it’s leaking fluids. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed the issue, a dealership that was able to see where i brought the car back in for this problem that was addressed previously. Well thanks to that dealership and the service advisor the part is on order. I’m under manufacturer warranty considering Greg LeBlancs service department says it may not be under warranty, REALLY!!!! This is a brand new car. Thank you but no Thank you! I will not be doing business here again and I definitely will not advertise or advise anyone to do business there. It’s a shame to drive miles for services when there’s a local dealer in your area.

I hate dealing with car salesmen .

I hate dealing with car salesmen . I have in the past compared it to getting a root canal. Painful but necessary. This experience at Greg Leblanc Toyota was nothing like that. Very straight forward, friendly, and professional.

Dealership misplaced our paperwork for the License Plate.

Dealership misplaced our paperwork for the License Plate. I Called a few days before my temp tag expired. The lady I spoke with could not immediately find our file. After a few minutes, she was able to locate it. She stated that she would send it to correct department and call me later that day to tell me the status. She never called. That was a Wednesday. Thursday came and no call. Friday came and no call. The following Monday I called and left a message. No one called. Tuesday someone from DMV called and said the paperwork was in. We went in on Wednesday and I asked when it was shipped out. They informed me that it came in Tuesday. We also had to pay a $30 late fee because the documents were late getting to them.
