My wife and I don't go car shopping by choice.

My wife and I don't go car shopping by choice. We equate it to visiting the dentist...that is until we met Nic. Yes, he was the next guy on the lot whose turn it was to approach arriving customers but Nic quickly and graciously provided us with relaxed but valuable information. His knowledge, style and professionalism took us from reluctant buyers trying to navigate a good transaction to a final sale that both my wife and I were 100% comfortable with. Not easy to do but I am happy to say it is done. The surrounding players at the dealership were consistently helpful even though I was a grumpy customer. Nic anticipated our track to buyership well ahead of where the transaction was. There was no pressure on his part, only answers. We were at the dealership way too long but that was not due to Nic. I know alot about customer service and putting the customer first and Nic checked those boxes over and over.

As very smooth transaction.

As very smooth transaction. Called in the morning & had my car by the afternoon. Andrew & Fernando helped me over the phone with the transaction & Lance delivered the car & finished up with the final paperwork. Fernando also called later to update on the mailed paperwork. All good.
