Dave is amazing! My car was having issues and I was stressing about what the outcome might be. He showed kindness and patience when explaining what was wrong and why, what needed to be done to fix the issue, and what I should avoid so it didn’t happen again. Dave made sure I had a full tank of gas (premium to help correct the problem), gave my “blue girl” a car wash, and even replaced the battery in my key fob which fixed a whole other problem I was experiencing. You don’t see this level of customer service every where you go nowadays, but I always get this from Dave when I have to visit Billion Kia. He definitely instills trust and makes you feel taken care of!! Thank you, Dave!!

Can't get in for appointments without waiting months. Now deny coverage under a settlement because I didn't have them install software I didn't know about and wasn't notified about and couldn't have gotten the vehicle in if I had. The whole operation is a scam.

This place is a joke! I will never ever ever buy a car from these guys again 2011 Kia Sorento said it had 83,000 miles which it did said it was a one owner which it was said it had new tires no scratches nothing the tires were half war and weather rotted the car was scratched up, when I call them on it all they did was bounce me around to different salesman and then they finally went to the head guy whoever it is that sits behind the desk and said no they weren't putting new tires on the car and they wanted to charge my credit card if I didn't buy the car and I came all the way from rapid City! Total and complete crappy service ! I was lied to girlfriend was lied to! I would not buy another car from these guys if they were the only place on the planet!!!

Worst car experience ever!!! Ordered a brand new Kia Sorento and was told it would be 3 months. Well it's been almost 7 months and still no clue as to when it's coming. They just give me dates to shut me up!! Supposedly it was coming May 8th, 13th, 20th and now the 27th. Still no clue on when car is coming and no one really cares. The worst customer service I've ever received. I was NEVER called about the delay. I had to call them over and over to find out if I was even getting a car. My car is gonna be a year old before I even get it. I will NEVER fo business with Billion again!!! They don't have a clue what's going on and make excuses for everything!!!

I see the last reviews were 2017. In 2021 found the vehicle we were going to purchase. Took up a lot of our time waiting to just get a friggin price. When we did they low balled our trade in a insulting price then as walking out the door doubled the price of the trade if we would stay. What a jerk. I’m not buying from people like that. I thought those days were gone. Quest not.

They met me as I arrived reviewed the service that was required told me my options and gave me a estimate of the cost of the services also the amount of time it should take. Then they beat the time estimate by 30 minutes very friendly people

Poor qualities in the service department. Treated poorly, not sure if my Kia is safe to drive out of town. Would of liked to talk about other options. Seemed like nobody cared. They care if they get their pay check.

Nikki was awesome! No pressure, very willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Love our new KIA, we traded in a 2013 Sportage and got a very fair price.
