I was in the market for several months. I walked out of several dealerships over this time. This was hands down the easiest and fastest car buying experience that I have ever been a part of.

I wanted to give you 2 stars but describing the service as "fair" didn't seem right. I paid for an alignment but they weren't able to give me the alignment. I still had to pay for the alignment though. I wanted to give 2 stars because I enjoyed the people. I wouldn't describe the services as "fair" Good people working there, but they must be afraid to do the right thing by not charging for services not fulfilled. Maybe it's bad management?

Polite and on time. Service did not take long I was very satisfied with the serviceman

I was very happy withe the salesperson(s)- Shawn and Brennan. The were very cheerful and helpful in answering my questions. Although they introduced me to other salespersons for more information, I did not get their names.

I brought vehicle in with service transmission message. I am still getting the message. Problem is not resolved and I do not have confidence that this dealership is capable of diagnosing the root cause of the problem. This visit was the second attempt to fix the problem.

Rainbow made the process extremely easy. Shawn was extremely helpful and made buying a new car a great experience.
