Service was polite and prompt.

Service was polite and prompt. Waiting room was comfortable. Only problem was dashboard display was totally different and took time to get it back to former display. Same problem with screen display.

I’ve been working with the salesman Brooks for a minute he is absolutely great. Had a great experience with him. Every time I called he was on it whenever I need it or whatever I want it. I will buy another vehicle from him.

I scheduled an appointment at the Slidell Jeep

I scheduled an appointment at the Slidell Jeep Dealership, bought my car in because the "Service 4WD" light came on. The car sat there for a week. No one worked on it and no one returned or answered a phone call about the status of my car. The day we picked the car up, my husband took it over to Covington without an appointment. They were amazing! They looked at the car the same day, changed my oil, rotated my tires and changed out fog lights! They definitely won me over as a customer that day. Thank you!
