I've leased several vehicles form Autoflex in the past and generally had a good experience but the last two I purchased, I got bated and switched on the finance amount. Be very careful when dealing with them. They are not transparent about what they are doing and will take advantage of you if you aren't careful. I had a clear discussion and made them communicate to me the finance rate they would be using. They came back with a number of 8.5% on one and 8.75% on the other. This is the number that makes up the financed amount hidden in the lease payment. They sent the paper work over and I did not take the time to verify that they had followed through with the rate. Several months later when reviewing the leases I saw that they increased this rate by 2.5% and 2.75% on each vehicle making them 11.25% on both. When I called and questioned Troy Humphries, I was told that they gave me a good deal on the vehicle and had to make their money on the rate. This was beyond frustrating as its important for them to be transparent about the purchase and make sure that I understood any changes to what was discussed. Be very careful when reviewing the documents as they can't be trusted. I would've never went through on the deal had they been transparent.

I can’t say enough about the process and hospitality taken by AutoFlex and specifically Chad Clark. Chad has been an exceptional person to work with when it’s come to leasing our vehicles. He makes you feel more like family than just another sale, and it’s definitely not taken for granted. I will go to Chad and AutoFlex for years to come.

Can’t say enough about Bobby and Autoflex. Wish I had 6 stars to give. This was my first time buying a car online and Bobby couldn’t have done any more to make it happen. He sent videos and pictures of the truck and answered every question I had. Everyone i dealt with at Autoflex was completely professional. Truck arrived as expected and was exactly as they promised. Love the truck and will recommend this group to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Just an excellent job all around.
