Great work and very professional staff. I was told exact Y what the problem was.... What it would take to fix it... And when it would be done.

Jessica, thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately it sounded as though you got some bad news about issues that were found during the service inspections. The thoroughness of the inspection is a double-edged sword...if we miss items that need to be addressed they'll compound into larger issues later and if we do a thorough inspection we find issues that are just starting. Either way (and sometimes no issues are found), it creates a conversation about $ that needs to be spent on urgent repair or preventative repair - either way it's kind of a bummer. Thank you for trusting us with that inspection and hopefully the service advisor was able to explain everything to your satisfaction. Thank you again for the review and have a great day!

Wonderful Experience

Ray, Andrew and Adam are very nice. Ray and Andrew gave me a reasonable trade-in value for my 2004 Honda civic. It was a pressure free experience and I enjoyed talking with the sales team. Adam in the finance office was helpful and honest with us about our options, and explain every detail in the contract.

Amazing Experience

I had just bought a truck without realizing I was able to afford a much nicer vehicle. So I was looking around allot of dealerships on the North side of town because that's where I live and a friend told me I had to go to Anderson Mazda. So i ended up going there. I found the car I had to have and Nathan did what he had to do to help me out. With the head ache that I was putting on him he got me in the car I wanted. With very affordable payments. I will for sure being going back to him and Anderson Mazda with anyone that is looking for a new vehicle!!!!!

Great Service, Great Deal

I was looking for a reasonable trade-in price for my car, but also needed a dealership who had my dream car. Anderson Mazda had both. They gave me GREAT trade-in value, and my new car was priced just right. I couldn't be happier with the experience, people, service, and efficiency. Ray and Andrew made sure my new car was ready within only a day, and from beginning to end I had a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend Anderson Mazda to anyone looking for quality cars, service, and friendliness.

Anderson Mazda

I ended up not buying through them, but they were very helpful, and worked hard to get my business, but a cheaper newer car beat them out, compared to who I went through their customer service was excellent compared to the other dealer, but price beat out service.

A Positive Experience

An excellent buying experience. Anderson lived up to their advertising. It was nice not to experience the common stresses of buying a car. I was able to go at my own pace & there was no sales pressure whatsoever. I came away feeling that they take a lot of pride in running a first class business. I would do business with Anderson again and refer others.

Anderson Mazda/Lincoln NE/ Andrew Stoner

Great experience, not stressful at all :) Offered $1.250 more for my trade in than at another dealership. I do kind of miss negotiating a deal, but I feel I got a fair price, and what's not to like about )% financing
