Great service
Always friendly and welcoming everytime I go. The service department sees me quite frequently for oil changes because of how much I drive, and they are always able to squeeze me in asap. Loved everything from the buying to the service.

Purchased a nice preowned truck
Salesperson Racheal was very nice, had to haggle a little but the sales manager Mr. Marcotte made it happen. The finance department Mr. John explained everything .

Two Different Prices
Seen an car advertisement for $12,395, called the salesperson who responded to my email (she was nice and pleasant) and she said the price was $14,500. A day or two later I received an email for the same car with the higher price.

Rude salesperson.
I called the sales team to ask if a car was available and talked with the most rude sales person i have ever spoke to. She told me she has caller ID and that i already called and spoke with Blake. I told her this was the first time i called and she hung up on me.

Highly satisfied
Stopped in looking for a late model low mileage pre owned vehicle. Salesman (Rich) was very interested in what I had in mind to purchase. He showed my wife and I a 2014 GMC Terrain Denali which we drove and Also purchased. I appreciate the fact that I was allowed to decide to purchase without being pressured. Finance officer who wrote the paperwork was also very accommodating and professional as was everyone at the dealership who we came into contact with. I would like to say thanks to everyone at Ray Chevrolet for a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely buy here again.

Blake my salesman was the greatest. He went above and beyond to make my buying the truck easy. He gave me personal emails while I was offshore for 21 day's. That meant a lot to me knowing that he had me in mind the hold time. All the rest of the dealerships just sent computer replies gives us a call so we can help you. BLAKE TOOK AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T BUYING A 100K TRUCK HE TRATED ME LIKE I WAS.
