I actually had a deal fall apart at another dealership before finding my wife's dream car at Johnson Ford the next day. My credit union had to undo my prior loan approval and re-process the loan, and Johnson held the vehicle for my wife for three days while the financing was being worked out. I do a lot of research before making a purchase, and they were very fair with the asking price on the vehicle they were selling, as well as their offer for our trade. When we showed up to sign all the paperwork, they had everything ready for us and it took about 20 minutes to complete the purchase. I've never had a better experience buying a car.
