I want to begin by acknowledging and thanking Pierre
I want to begin by acknowledging and thanking Pierre Chevy for their efforts. As a dealership, they genuinely put in the work to help me secure a vehicle during a time when I?m actively rebuilding and improving my credit. Their commitment is appreciated. However, what is in question is the integrity and customer consideration shown by General Motors. Let me be unequivocally clear: I will not be purchasing another Chevrolet. GM may not care about the voice of one customer, but this customer will not be silent. The level of disregard shown is nothing short of astonishing. First and foremost: how do you manufacture and sell electric vehicles, yet not include the single most essential item?the charging cable? You expect customers to pay over $45,000 for a vehicle and then have the audacity to charge an additional $650 for a cable that should absolutely come standard. That is beyond absurd?it?s a blatant cash grab, and quite frankly, it?s insulting. Then there?s the baffling decision to remove Apple CarPlay from all 2025 U.S. vehicles under the guise of ?safety concerns.? Are we to believe that Apple, a company that integrated CarPlay specifically to enhance driver safety, suddenly poses a risk? And if it?s so dangerous, why is it still being offered in vehicles sold abroad?many in countries with lower traffic-related fatalities? The logic is non-existent, and the message is clear: GM has no meaningful regard for its U.S. customers. None of these issues were communicated to me at the time of purchase. Had they been, I would have reconsidered and taken my business elsewhere. Adding insult to injury, the glare coming off the windshield and dashboard is blinding under certain conditions?an issue that?s been publicly noted since the 2024 models. Yet no corrective measure is provided, nor was the issue disclosed during the buying process. Why not offer a built-in solution to a known design flaw? Why not at least inform potential buyers? Again, the answer seems to be that GM simply doesn?t care. Lastly, your warning system is erratic at best and hazardous at worst. I?ve had multiple incidents where the ABS randomly activates while accelerating, reacting to phantom vehicles in front or behind. When making turns, the system beeps and sometimes brakes sharply if pedestrians are standing nearby?even when they?re not crossing. These features are meant to protect, but instead they?re creating unnecessary danger, especially when a vehicle automatically brakes mid-turn in an intersection. If returning this vehicle were an option without penalty, I would be first in line, receipt in hand. This entire experience has left me deeply frustrated and disillusioned. I sincerely hope GM reevaluates its priorities, because right now, it?s clear the customer is nowhere near the top of the list.

Recently bought: Used 2022 Chevrolt Bolt EV.
Recently bought: Used 2022 Chevrolt Bolt EV. I've been to a lot of dealers and had poor experiences, so I was relieved at how great things were at Pierre Chevrolet with Tony. Very direct and honest people here. They did not pressure me into extras, and had reasonable pricing. Tony went over and above to ensure everything got taken care of for me, including addressing a couple issues. They are committed to treating the customer well, and I would definitely come back here for business in the future.

AVOID, especially if traveling any distance - This
AVOID, especially if traveling any distance - This untrustworthy and reckless sales staff will do anything to make a few extra bucks. After breaking their word on a prenegotiated out the door price, Tommy and the sales manager attempted to pressure me into committing tax fraud by reporting a false sales price to the IRS for the EV tax credit. The sales manager said they do it all the time to receive tax credits on purchases that would not otherwise qualify. If they are willing to put you at that much risk for $225 worth of dealer fees, then what other corners are they willing to cut to make a buck? Avoid at all costs.

SHADY / CHEATING SALES TACTICS!
SHADY / CHEATING SALES TACTICS! STAY AWAY !!! Our sales rep (Jimmy) showed us a sales proposal for a Mazda, where he knowingly inflated the price of the state license fee by more than $1,200 PRIOR to any discussion about pricing or discounts. These are state taxes that cannot be altered by a sales rep, they are what they are. Now the the list price including taxes is $1,200 higher than it should be, before we even start to counter offer. We didn't catch that scam, so he has room to let us offer a discount. He immediately accepted our new offer (after a very short visit with the manager so the manager is onto this sales xx as well). Since he had already inflated the sales price he was now selling us the car at full list price - even tho he has accepted our lower counter offer and we think we're getting it about $1,500 off list. It wasn't until we had signed the sales agreement and were on our way back home (in our original vehicle, not the new Mazda) to get our checkbook we had forgotten before we realized that we were moments away from paying full list price. We were outraged. We returned, tossed Jimmy the signed sales agreement and his car keys and left. I WOULDN'T TRUST THESE GUYS ABOUT ANYTHING.

Super responsive and followed up regularly after my
Super responsive and followed up regularly after my initial inquiry. But the advertisement on Cars.com was misleading. The price on their listing was ~$8,000 less than the listing for the same car on their site (which was the actual price.) I think that was misleading. So, people were nice and responsive but the price was untrue.

Andrew and the service team did a great job of taking care of my vehicle. It is always a pleasure to take me Suburban in for service at your dealership. I am always treated as a valued customer. If any discounts are available they are applied without my asking.

Zero star for this dealership.
Zero star for this dealership. I reached out about a car, was contacted and sent information about the car let the salesperson know I was interested and wanted to come look, they said that they would have it pulled out front and ready for me. I drove 45 minutes one way just to have them tell me it was just sold but wanted to try to sell me something else. Fast forward a week they are still promoting the same exact car, and when I had a friend inquire they said it is available. I think this dealership is promoting false deals and using the bait and switch method.

New Car purchase
My experience was superb ! It was a low pressure high knowledge sale. Both salesman I worked with (Kane and Sean) were top notch in customer service and in sales knowledge.
