Everyone I talked with at Bill Pierre Chevrolet was very helpful. I left the dealership with only positive thoughts about my experience. I would definitely buy a car their again.

We have been shopping for the right car for months. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nic was an extremely helpful salesmen who had a lot of useful information about the car we purchased. He took the time to walk me through some of the features on the car and he connected my phone for me. The full tank of gas was the cherry on top. Can't recommend them enough!

The staff are wonderful! They went out of their way to accommodate me at the last minute, and prepared several cars got me to drive in my price range. They were knowledgeable, and they talked me through owning an electric vehicle, what the different price points are, and even offered support after I bought the car! They worked with me on price, and I feel I got a fair deal. All staff were patient, friendly, and honest, from the sales crew, to the manager, to the finance person. I'd absolutely buy a car from them again.

My husband and I had been looking for a specific car & specific interior for several weeks. With all the times I’ve boughten a car or truck from a dealership, it’s normally a 6 hour game. With Peirre Chevrolet we were there only 2 1/2 hours! We came , looked over the car we wanted. We test drove it, and fienancing, and all other paper work done. All within that time Staff were not pushy like some dealership. I would recommend Pierre Chevrolet to friends and family when they are in a market for a car or truck.

Bill Pierre Chevrolet is possibly the worst dealership in Washington. Why is it that no one cares about the customers experience? They don’t but ask for a good survey. The actually asked for a perfect survey. I think the days of great customer service experiences are gone. Bad practices!

I bought a 2020 Bolt EV Premier from Galen McKay at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Galen made the buying experience smooth. I live in Hawaii and none of the dealers in Hawaii had the exact Bolt EV that I wanted in the color that I wanted. I researched Chevrolet dealers for Volts and Bolt EVs across the US. I looked at more than 20 different dealers in Hawaii and all the way to New York state. I was lucky to get Galen as my salesperson. He was upfront with all the pricing and incentives. He followed up with me on all the paperwork, wire transfer, and dropoff at the Seattle port. He wasn't pushy and was always ready to answer a question and get me what I needed (even on his day off) to get the car to Hawaii and get the car registered in Hawaii, which is complicated. He even did the delivery and car setup over the phone today and helped me set up the bluetooth connection. The whole buying experience was top-notch.
