Excellent experience. When I called, Joe answered all of my questions. Made me feel confident that the car would meet my needs before I spent the time to go and actually see the car. He had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. There were some minor issues which he promised to address. He was flexible on the purchase process allowing me to make a deposit with balance upon pickup. I couldn't get there to pickup the car during the dealership normal hours and Joe came in after hours to meet me to close the deal. He had fixed the minor problems and in the process found one that I missed and had it repaired as well. Made the purchase/paperwork a seamless and effortless process. I drove the car an hour to get back home and it performed as expected. I've been driving it now for a week with no unforeseen problems. All together and excellent experience.

My wife and I bought our son his first truck from Joe I can't say enough good things about the whole experience he was very helpful he answered all of our questions he talked to all of us including my 16 year old son zero pressure just a great experience we will go see Joe the next time we buy.

Joe was really great to work with was not pushy like most car dealers and he worked with us on a Saturday and we drove away in a really nice4x4 thank you Joe we are really well pleased we drove 3hrs away to find what we were looking for

Please avoid this lot like the plague, in June we purchased a Subaru outback from Joe, And by all outward appearances it seemed like a fantastic deal even though the price was too high. Joe seemed like a genuine charismatic dealer, He seemed to be straightforward and honest. And that's the months have gone by we have learned that that is not the case. There was supposedly a lot of work done to this vehicle before he sold it, which is also not the case, And while there may have been work done it was not done properly and it was done in a fashion that could have caused grave bodily injury and or possibly death. Band-Aids were put on parts to make it appear as though they were normal and functioned properly. However the CV axle that he supposedly put on brand new was in fact not new, They only replaced one end of it and the other end was Band-Aid with our RTV gasket maker. The oil pans both internal and external as well as the drain plug to the oil pan are held in place with more RTV gasket maker. And the icing on the cake is the brake booster control valve which could have killed us had the brakes not failed in our driveway and on the road a few moments prior was also held in with more RTV gasket maker! Now if the vehicle had been inspected by his antiquote certified tech these things would not have been allowed to slip by. Aside from the fact that his mechanic is the one who did the repairs. After having a conversation with Joe he became very belligerent and yelled and was incredibly disrespectful, it's also come to my attention from other review sites such as Google that this is a very common practice for Joe, He denies All wrongdoing and any situation and becomes incredibly belligerent. He also failed to inform us that the vehicle did not have the original motor and transmission, which is a deceptive business practice, please avoid this dealership at all costs and if you have problems with the dealership please report them to the South Carolina attorney general because he needs to be shut down before he takes someone's life with his deceptive business practices.

I highly recommend Carolina Auto Connection! I purchased my daughter’s car from Joe and he has been great through the entire process! He is honest and does not place pressure on you like other dealerships. I noticed the screen on the radio wasn’t working after my purchase was completed, and Joe took care of replacing that without hesitation! Best car buying experience I have had hands down!

Wonderful experience. Car was excellent. Joe was like a lifelong friend after 2 minutes. Vehicle description was awsome. Prices for quality were ecseptional. No problem with going there for next car. Looking forward to it.

JOE IS A Iier the cars he has are not what he said they are,. bought a Ali Q7 said nothing wrong with it.he lies in a rush to sale a vehicle. There's oil lecking when I took it to get oil change. So bad lecking they said it would be not be a good choice to get oil change it would leak out .wind shield wiper arm broke when I turned it on when it was raining. He will lie and take your money.

Great dealership. Joe is very warm and inviting. They do great work preparing Vehicles for sale. Will buy again. Great personal service as well too.
