Fast sevice with no appointment.
I took my RAM 1500 in for service. No appointment was taken in very fast, escorted to setting area. Was kept up with progress , told was ready in about 1 hr.

Great Service
I would like to thank Randell for taking care of my truck. I recently purchased my truck from JTs, in Lexington. The check engine light came on 6 day after I drove it off the lot. He took care of the problem, at no charge to me. I will return for service when it's time.

I don't have too many positive things to say about JT, but there a few people that make this place wonderful. The customer service crew that actually schedule your appointments are amazing. The service technicians are slow and the sellers are rude if you are not buying anything.
