Really appreciate straight forward info and price. The sales person, Aaron, was honest and attentive to our needs. We liked his natural approach to doing business together. The store manager was approachable and attentive to our needs as well. The finance person was professional yet conversational. We enjoyed getting to take a picture of us and our new (used) vehicle with a red bow. We also enjoyed getting to bang the gong as owners of a new Kia vehicle. It was a fun experience for spending a lot of money on something.

I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience at Lawrence Kia! Keegan (salesman) was so personable, focused on my own comfort level with what I wanted/ did not want in a vehicle, humorous and attentive! I have poor credit and therefore, my vehicle options were extremely limited, especially given what payments I could afford. Keegan (salesman) and Chris (mgr) found the best option for my budget! From Keegan to Chris to Kevin (insurance guy) to Nick (finance guy), it was a seamless process! I am definitely pleased with my experience!
