Very disappointing I was very interested in buying a car

Very disappointing I was very interested in buying a car called three times both during operating hours , replied to a ad about a car I was so interested in buying this car just needed more details asked the sales associate if he could send me more info never called me back or emailed or texted me again . Left voice mail the next day if someone could reach me about this car and no one called me back then sadly the car sells the next do not buy from this place I have better odds of talking to a brick wall then a sales person here very disappointing when people want to buy your expensive cars :) !

I bought my Mustang from Texas hot rides and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It has been 1 year with the car and I have had no complaints!

Would give zero stars if I could Bought a car with a

Would give zero stars if I could Bought a car with a “new” clutch just put in. Within 500 miles needs a new clutch. The shop they supposedly used will not warranty their work. Their selling point was it has a new clutch so we can’t discount the price. Obviously not true. Buyer beware of descriptive practices

Hey Rhonda, It is unfortunate I have to respond to your reviews like this after such a positive experience several months ago. We understand your frustration about your clutch, but we do not understand our fault in this event.. I see you are falsely painting a picture that we did not replace the clutch however the truth is that we provided you with the information and all receipts showing a brand new OEM clutch system was installed in your car by ASE certified technicians at a third party repair facility. The clutch was in perfect operating condition when the vehicle was purchased and clearly remained that way for several months. Based on our phone conversation, you are demanding us to warranty a normal wearable item thats life expectancy relies strictly on driving ability, characteristics, and habits. This is an item that even manufacturers of this vehicle do not cover when sold new (only defects) as well as any other type of shop. As much as we would love to see your experience be a more positive one, it is completely un-realistic to fault our company here and to continue to bombards us with negative reviews when we have proven that a brand new OEM clutch was installed in your vehicle by a third party just before your purchase. Furthermore, it is nearly impossible to blame any sort of defect seeing as the clutch was good for you for several months. I am sorry you're frustrated, however faulting us in this process is simply unfair & unjustified. -Bill

I have driven the car 4 times. Due to the fact afraid to be out somewhere and cannot get it into gear properly. Not asking for anything more than for you to take ownership of poor workmanship. Not asking for new clutch as according to you was new when I bought it. Obviously something wrong with installation or it would work as it should. And to insinuate that as a 50+ person that I cannot drive a manual transmission is completely laughable. I will continue to post negative reviews so others will not be taken advantage of. Thank you

If you are looking to buy a hot ride call mitch

I purchased a 2016 challenger hellcat from texashotrides 2 weeks ago the whole transaction went very smoothly because of mitch he is very professional and very knowledgeable about cars since my purchase I have had a few questions mitch answers the phone every time I call except when he went on vacation I can understand that I wouldn't answer my if I was on vacation either Another salesman answered his phone and my questions when mitch got back from vacation he promptly returned my call. Great experience and awesome customer service!

Quick and easy deal done and no time was wasted. Luis Mendez was awesome and very knowledgeable. Evan was also quick and very good at what he does on the finance side of things. I will be back for more business in the future.

I would NOT recommend

I purchased a car from out of state, sight unseen. I talked with salesman about car condition and any issues was told it was like a brand new car with no issues or flaws. Had numerous pictures on website. Come to find out they lied. Car has dent on door that’s very noticeable, ripped driver seat, broken emblems and spray painted wheels that are scratched up. I would not trust them to buy any car sight unseen. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Sell messed up cars to people

They Sold me Corvette with metal shavings do not buy your car from here buy somewhere else do not recommend this place not the only person this has happened to

Absolute insane selection.

Absolute insane selection. The other guy who’s mad about a car that sold should put themselves in their shoes. I had a great experience.
