Write a reviewBuyer Beware – Especially for Out-of-State Purchases I am posting this after the transaction has been fully unwound and all funds returned. I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Brickell Mazda and paid for enclosed transport to Seattle. Within minutes of delivery, I discovered the heater and heated steering wheel did not function. Immediately, I called my salesperson. He said to take to a Porsche Dealer & they would take care of. After running the diagnostics they also identified a blocked sunroof drain with interior water intrusion. These were not cosmetic concerns. They were operational issues present immediately upon delivery. The dealership had provided an inspection report and Carfax. However, a Carfax reflects history does not confirm current mechanical functionality. A non-functioning heater is something that would surface during even a basic inspection which I was told was done. When I raised the issue, management’s position was that the vehicle was sold “as-is.” They would cover the heater but not the sunroof. At one point, I was told covering approximately $3,000 in repairs would result in a loss on the deal. Ultimately, after significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to "unwind" the transaction and refund the purchase price, shipping, and diagnostic costs. To their credit, the funds were returned and the vehicle was picked up. However, what was most disappointing was not the mechanical issue itself, It was the approach to resolution ~their focus on losing money vs. treating a new customer fairly. I told them many times I wanted to keep the car. Yes, used vehicles can have problems but the basics of a heater & sunroof. It wouldn't have matter what the cost of the car would have been, I would have never bought it! The conversation repeatedly centered on margin rather than customer experience. In today’s market, customer service is the differentiator. Many organizations invest heavily in customer experience leadership because they understand long-term reputation outweighs short-term profit on a single deal. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, they have 29 by the way, especially if you are out of state, I strongly recommend obtaining an independent third-party inspection before wiring funds and documenting everything carefully. Or better yet, find another reputable dealer. This experience was resolved financially, but it required persistence and significant effort. I hope this helps future buyers make an informed decision.

"Highway Robbery in a Suit — A Warning About Brickell Motors" There is no greater stupidity than willful ignorance—seeing the deception, feeling the consequences, and still pretending it’s all normal. That’s exactly what Brickell Motors preys on: customers who don’t question the fine print. Let me be crystal clear: this dealership is engaging in deceptive, unethical, and potentially illegal practices, hiding behind a polished showroom full of six-figure vehicles to justify predatory fees. They push charges that have no legal basis, then falsely claim they are mandated by Florida law — a blatant lie. Here’s what I was quoted for a $38,000 vehicle: PermaPlate (paint protection for your license plate?) – $799 BLM Certification (meaningless internal prep fee) – $1,895 Government fees – $1,030 (not itemized, suspiciously inflated) Doc/Processing fee – $1,145 Sales tax – $1,709 (the only legitimate fee) Grand total? Nearly $45,000 for a $38,000 car. That’s a $7,000 markup for nothing of value. When I challenged these fees, I was told, arrogantly, “That’s how high-end dealers operate.” Sorry, but deception is not a luxury feature. The young salesman, Harvey, had the nerve to boast that “plenty of stupid people don’t even check the final numbers and still buy.” He even tried to play the hero by offering a $500 discount—like it was some grand favor. Newsflash: your entire fee structure is a scam. From sales to management, the culture at Brickell Motors reeks of arrogance, indifference, and a complete lack of professionalism. They are not there to understand your needs or work with integrity. They are there to extract every dollar they can from unsuspecting buyers. Let me tell you how this ended: I bought the exact same car from an authorized, reputable dealer, with zero junk fees and a two-year certified warranty included—the way it should be. Final advice: Don’t be one of the “stupid” customers they brag about. Do your homework. Call their bluff. Walk away. And above all, don’t feed the wolves running this showroom.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership, especially dealing with Harvey Proveyer, was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a vehicle here with Harvey Proveyer, and within minutes of driving off the lot, the check engine light turned on. When I contacted them immediately, I was met with shrugs, excuses, and zero accountability. They sold me a car that clearly wasn’t inspected properly or honestly. Despite raising concerns, nobody has lifted a finger to help or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they sold me the car without the wheel lock key. That’s a critical tool that should always come with the vehicle. Now, thanks to their carelessness, I have to pay out of pocket to have every wheel bolt cut just to replace or rotate my tires. The added costs are already in the thousands, and still, not a single person at the dealership is willing to own up to their mistakes or offer any sort of support. This dealership is the epitome of negligence and poor customer service. If you're thinking of buying a car here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—preferably somewhere that values integrity, safety, and the basic responsibility that comes with selling vehicles.

Avoid this dealership. Like previous reviewers stated, it's almost impossible to determine whether a vehicle is still actually available. I've been told yes, and I've been told no. What I think is really happening is that they use certain listings (high interest vehicles/prices) as bait to then try and sell you something else. Once they have your contact information they employ their slimy sales tactics (incessant calls, etc.). Avoid!

I received several responses from different people at this dealership who all seemed confused as to if the car listed was actually available. One said it wasn't, what else could they show me. I answered and another sent me a link to the car that was unavailable. Which is still listed on your site! So definitely NOT impressed.

This place is amazing - they have a great selection of luxury cars and I was able to find a beautiful 2020 Porsche Cayenne at a great price! I went to several other dealerships but their cars were overpriced and not in the best condition. Brickell Luxury Motors has an amazing inventory and selection that the tough part was which car to choose!! Harvey was very knowledgeable about the car and made the whole buying process very easy and fast. Vince, the finance manager, got me a great rate on the financing, and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend this place and will be definitely referring my family and friends that are in the market for a vehicle!
