They have an employee who repairs vehicles for team Honda drunk. They know that he is inebriated while he’s working. They don’t care. This is dangeroud. Plus, he’s gonna tear up someone’s vehicle.

Went to purchase my 3 new vehicle with them but when it

Went to purchase my 3 new vehicle with them but when it came for my trade they wanted to give me very little without looking at my car but then Angie the internet person said bring it to carmax and let them appraise it then bring me there appraisal paper showing me what it was worth. After I refused to go to carmax she then told me to bring it back so now they could look at it to give me a value of my car. Very disappointed on the personal team has on there staff. I would of been satisfied if Angie would of told me to go to another dealership for my 3 new purchase instead of telling me to go somewhere else for a appraisal. STEVEN MARCOTTE

Whent to purchase my 3 new vehicle with team but gave me a low trade in number then Angie the internet person told me to bring it to car max for them to appraisal it but when i refused to go she said bring it back in so they could look at it to give me a appraisal value. That's not the way to treat a loyal customer. I was going to buy my 3 new vehicle with them. Something has changed at team that they need to evaluate there employees or they will start to loose there loyal customers . I hope for team honda this doesn't happen often. Just couldn't believe this happened at this place cause my first 2 purchase was so very friendly and they was willing to do what they can for a sale where both parties where satisfied. I hope someone at upper management will look in to this so it will not become a new normal. STEVEN MARCOTTE

It was a wonderful pleasure working with honest sale reps

It was a wonderful pleasure working with honest sale reps for a change. Not often you find an awesome sales TEAM... Not saying sales person, but the TEAM. They worked together to put a fabulous deal. My sales person ( Donovan Coleman ) had a wonderful attitude and personality. Sum it up from sales manger to finance, they are fabulous!!

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Great people great service. Sam Rawashdeh is great to work with. He went above and beyond to secure my vehicle. Sam kept in touch with me and answered everytine I called. Kept me well informed along the way about timing and the next steps. One thing I must mention is when i arrived to finish off the deal Sam was at the door waiting on me. He recognize me from a distance, came to me and got started with the paperwork. That's a great salesman. A great friend!!!

This is a large dealership and very busy.

This is a large dealership and very busy. The internet sales contact (Cady) was very attentive and personable. I was buying a Certified pre-owned Honda Ridgeline and took a bus from Mobile to Baton Rouge. A salesman (JB Brown) picked me up at the bus station, brought me to the dealership, and showed me the Ridgeline that I had come there to look at. The whole experience was easy and proffesional.
