Purchased a new 2025 nisssn Altima from David Thomas. He called me for me to come collect my gift card and was able to take me out my lease car that I was over miles and put me in a new car at a huge discounted rate. Thank you David

Purchased a Mercedes GL from David Thomas. We went on the lot to just look and he and Alex showed us this truck and I love it. David delivered the car to my door step and I couldn’t thank him enough with my busy schedule. Thank you so much guys.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Edison Nissan demands it. What I encountered wasn’t just poor service—it was outright deceit. I was promised a specific vehicle, assured it was available, and encouraged to come in immediately. After rearranging my schedule and making the trip, I arrived only to be told the car wasn’t there. No apology. No accountability. Just vague excuses and attempts to redirect me to other vehicles I never asked for. This wasn’t a one-time miscommunication—it was a deliberate bait-and-switch. Edison Nissan wasted my time and eroded my trust. In an industry where transparency and integrity should be non-negotiable, this dealership fell far short. If you value honesty, respect for your time, and straightforward business practices, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Edison Nissan may promise you the car of your dreams—but don’t be surprised if it turns out to be a mirage.

While I appreciate your willingness to connect, I believe the issue at hand goes beyond a single interaction. My concern is not merely personal, it’s cultural. The patterns I encountered reflect a deeper systemic issue that cannot be resolved through one conversation or one customer service gesture. Culture is shaped and sustained from the top down, and unless leadership is committed to meaningful change, the public will continue to be misled and mistreated. My goal in raising this complaint is not to reclaim my time, but to help ensure that others don’t lose theirs. I hope your team will take this opportunity to reflect, recalibrate, and mend the culture, not just for me, but for every future customer who walks through your doors expecting honesty and respect. Contacted the dealer about a new car.

Contacted the dealer about a new car. They responded within 24 hours and asked if I had any questions. I responded and asked for pictures of the car because they didn’t have any on the website ad, and asked for a trade in estimate. It took 3 days for them to respond and asked if I was willing to g to come to NJ, rather than responding to my questions. I also asked for the Sales Manager to contact me, and it’s been 3 days with no response from him. Typical sales crap. I wouldn’t buy anything from this dealer. There are too many other choices to pick from rather than wasting my time with these clowns.
