Very good first time experience. Brought in 2012 Jetta for estimate on repairs. Worked with Christian, and he fully explained everything. Repairs were itemized and priced individually. We decided on the ones that were most important and proceeded with repairs. No upsell or guilt speech for not doing everything. Limiting factor was $ and we did most important for now and will be back in several months for remainder of work. Thanks FW

In June i took my 2019 VW Atlas (which I purchased there) in for servicing because the wheel was shaking when making a turn over 30mph. I told them I noticed the issue after i got new tires at a different store. They assumed it needed an alignment & tires balanced. I also agreed to a few upgrades that ended up taking my bill to $800. After I got the car back it was still having the same issue but WORSE. Brought it back in the following week for them to look at it again and this time it needed a 3k part replacement. Clearly no one took the car for a drive before or after the first service to see if the wheel was still shaking. Basically I spent $800 for nothing because they were too lazy to see if the problem was actually fixed. Now, a month later, I hear something rattling when I go over bumps and have to take it back in. I have no confidence that this wont be another money grab. I've owned VWs for YEARS and this Atlas is probably my last because of the service department.

This store was very misleading and did not take accountability for anything! I was highly frustrated and felt taking advantage of. My time was very much wasted and it toke a month for me to get serviced. Never will I be back at that location again.

I had a wonderful experience with Leith VW of Raleigh a few months ago when purchasing a car, but what really stood out and made the experience so positive was working with Juan. First, he was very, very patient with me throughout the process; also, he was genuinely kind, friendly and very easy going. I did not feel in the least bit pressured, which was very important to me.

Very helpful and not always pushing for a sale. Leith Volkswagen was very helpful to a new car buyer like me who feared dealerships for the better half of my life. Juan helped convey that to me with how easy and personal he made the car buying process. I initially went in to look at a used Camry on their lot, but ended up leaving with a 2025 Jetta instead and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
