Like most of you, I have dealt with a lot of car sales...

Like most of you, I have dealt with a lot of car sales organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, and finally to the supreme Anya in Service, was nothing short of exemplary. In fact, I will put it this way; I felt more like I was at a family reunion than at a car dealership. The best part of all was Tracy and Kurt made good on a promise of some service that was a few weeks "post-sale", and this has NOT been my experience when dealing with other dealerships that were also "great guys" - up until the sale. I should add that they are dealing in as good a car make as any these days. Kia today truly is like Honda was in the 80's: a price, product and service unmatched, whereas Honda is now clearly years beyond their peak in those areas. I will be dealing with these guys as long as I live in Middle Tennessee- and maybe afterwards!

My husband and I were VERY pleased with the service we...

My husband and I were VERY pleased with the service we received from Mr. McCarter. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and that we had all our questions answered before we left the dealership. The car we ended up purchasing (a 2013 Kia Optima) was fabulous and just what we were looking for. We will definitely be recommending this dealership and encouraging our friends to ask to deal with Andrae - he rocks!!

We had a fabulous experience from tne time we walked on...

We had a fabulous experience from tne time we walked on the lot until the time we drove our new Sorrento home! I especially appreciated the fact that both Alex and Tracy spoke directly to me just as much as to my husband. Being a woman, that isn't alays th case. we were met by friendly emplyoees. and we were introduced to the other dept.heads. all were very helpful in all sectiones of the busness of which we were very impressed.

This is the third car I have purchased from Carnival Kia...

This is the third car I have purchased from Carnival Kia and as usual everything was great, the price, the service and the personal attention of the salesman. He delivered my new car and picked up the old one. I haven't seen that kind of service in years. Maybe they will do another deal for me like this next time.

The salesman was very polite and very very friendly. I told him what make, model, color, and most of all the price had to be right. We negotiated until I was comfortable with the cost of the car and monthly payment. I would recommend Carnival Kia in Franklin and most of all Andrea' to others.

My wife and I went into this dealer because their TV ad...

My wife and I went into this dealer because their TV ad says "if you make $350.00 a week I will approve your credit"! Now we went in and told them we had issues, they said its ok, we will work through it. I was then told after blasting my credit to about 30 places, I could go to a "Buy here Pay Here" lot! Quite Apparently, THEY CAN NOT Approve Everyone as the AD States!! Therefore they should not be allowed to practice false, deceptive, and misleading ADVERTISING!!! I thought there were laws against this practice??? Moral of Story, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER unless you have perfect CREDIT OR CASH!! THEY LIE!

My husband and I went into the Carnival Kia of Franklin...

My husband and I went into the Carnival Kia of Franklin because we needed to trade in our car. My mother had referred us to them. Our salesman was Alex Kumi. As soon as we drove up he introduced himself to us and was very willing to help us. We didn't think we would be able to buy a new car, but Alex did everything he could to make sure we were able to purchase a car that day. He was very friendly and personable. We love our new Kia Forte! Thanks so much!

Vince was courteous, friendly, and, honest. He never faltered, even when I produced my printout with all the standard features, plus the features of the various packages available on the 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid, or when I pointed out the MSRP for said features, plus the cost to Kia, plus the true market value. Yes, I had all that handy. He was great to work with, as was everybody else at Kia. I love the new car and will definitely recommend Carnival Kia - Franklin to my friends and direct them towards Vince since he did such a great job dealing with me at the point of sale, and with my follow-up questions. Thanks, Vince, for making the experience not as painful as usual when buying a car. Scott Mitchell

Great experience. Walked in there not expecting to be...

Great experience. Walked in there not expecting to be impressed, but after meeting Chad and learning about the many features Kia offers, I walked out thoroughly impressed. We were able to get the price to level in which we were both satisfied. It was a great experience and I would tell anybody that is looking for a new vehicle to start there.
