Eddy is so great!

Eddy is so great! He went out of his way to help my husband and I decide on the perfect car for us. He then helped us set up, and to understand all the different perks the car has to offer. He really cares, works tremendously hard, and is so much fun to be around.

Purchased pre-owned vehicle from this dealer because I

Purchased pre-owned vehicle from this dealer because I had a good experience in the past with my Infiniti. After purchasing this vehicle a Lexus RX 350, it overheated after 2 days and I had to add coolant. The front brakes were shot and the dealer did replace them. The horn doesn’t work and my 12v plugs do not work. The transmission shakes at 35 mph. The headliner keeps falling down. The dealer said they fixed the horn and 12v plugs but didn’t. They told me to go to Lexus to get the trans figured out. They tried charging me $250 for a diagnostic fee. On a just purchased vehicle. I do not recommend this dealer anymore and I am letting all of the people I pointed there to not go there or support them. Extremely disappointed.
