I stopped by Yokem last week & the sales representative was very quick to help me & Answered all of my questions, very professional. Will be back again!!

I went in with a replacement antenna.

I went in with a replacement antenna. Supposed to be a simple less than 2 minute job. Was told it would cost me $150! OMG! Said they'd have to loosen a grommet, which I had already done. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. Service dept is totally ripping people off. New vehicles have an extra $3000 on the price because they say vehicles are hard to get now. That's above what they make from invoice to MSRP and all the crap non existing charges they have added to the price. Avoid this place!! Find a reputable mechanic and go there instead.

This all about making money and once they hook you In and...

This all about making money and once they hook you In and added pressure ontop to trade up (expensive truck had only 3 days) real quick you're screwed!. Becareful when going in for just simple part for you're vehicle they may hound you to trade up for expensive truck or car.. it's all about making money after you're stuck with high priced vehicle after xxxxxxx you in the damage is done and they do not care to even help you out.

Nathan Lee was my salesman to purchase a 2921 Highlander....

Nathan Lee was my salesman to purchase a 2921 Highlander. From the moment I walked in the dealership he offered upstanding courtesy, knowledge and was able to provide me with the car I was looking for within 30 min. I would recommend him for a pleasant buying experience and I will be back to purchase my next Toyota from him for my granddaughter in May. I live in Bossier close to a Toyota dealer but choose Yokem in Shreveport for their excellent service! Sue S. Melton

This dealership should be ashamed. The manager didn’t want to meet me because he knew what he was planning. Robert Meyers is the worst salesman.

Awesome Experience!

This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! My son found a Toyota 4Runner on the internet and we drove 3 hours to Yokem to test drive, trade in his truck, and purchase this truck. Angelia Harris handled everything with perfection and all in a timely manner. Chris Blaeholder assisted us with financing and I must say, he went to bat for us to get us the best trade, financing, and rate. His knowledge with the truck we were buying and available options was invaluable! Yokem earned our trust and we will definitely be driving the 3 hours again for future car purchases.

James Washington is the best.

Simple... easy and carefree. I don't like buying cars but , this didn't feel like buying a car. I felt like I was exploring my options and got what I wanted after finding the camry that was cheapest.
