Overall decent service. Was told the ac was fixed and had delivered to my parents house Friday 6/12. Drive that afternoon no Ac. The customer service when I spoke to service manager was awful. Proceeded to tell me “when I was younger I had no ac”. That was very inappropriate. After they had my car a week, it took another 4 days to get fixed. As of now the Ac is still working. I’m grateful for that.

Poor customer service provided by the workers that do oil changes & even worse service by the service manager & general manager as well, I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. Doing this review is pointless they don’t care about customer service at all and will not follow up after the survey.

The lady who ran the online service appointment was great and helpful. She set realistic time expectations and then far superseded my expectations. When picking up truck I noticed my tps on one tire wasn't showing up. She did everything she could to get it fixed even though I had to leave right away. If you get her you are in good hands. The guy that was with her i can't endorse the same way. The techs got everything running well super fast and super clean.
