Service is good. This was the 2nd time I took my F150 to Wray Ford for service. Both times it was for the AC. I would give them 5 stars except for 2 things. First, it took over a week to get parts. It would not be an issue excepet for my 2nd reason for the 4 stars, communication. I'm not going to name names, but my service tech, while a really nice guy, only called me when the truck was ready for pickup. Before that, despite saying he would call me at least 3 times, I always had to initiate the call. Over all I'm not at all unhappy, but fo 5 stars I don't want to have to be the one who initiates the communications.

Aref, is a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful in choosing my truck. If I had the money I would buy another vehicle from Aref and Wray Ford.

Took my new truck in for a recall. Work was done promptly, but when I asked for help with my connectivity, I was blown off and offered no assistance. You would think spending $75k with them would warrant a little assistance with an issue.

They have had our 15 passenger van to do warranty work on it for 9 weeks with NO resolve and no rental. Do not use their service department.

Requested a tire rotation, was billed for it, but it was not done. I had marked my tires before getting there. When I picked up my truck, there was grease all over the armrest and the service rep had to work to remove it. I had an issue with an accessory that Wray Ford installed on my truck. The service rep told me she would get some information and call me. It's been over a week and I have not heard back.
