Made a appt for a recall notice and at the end of the day you didnt even looked at my truck. I picked my truck up because I need it . After finding someone to pick me up and to take me back to get my truck. I asked if you could then do the examination the following day but you said you were booked and would call me. NEVER got a call.

I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership. While they have not been trouble free they have gone out of their way to correct any problems I have encountered!!! Great service department, Karl service writer and Austin Willis department manager!!!

Service was quick and thorough completing several recalls. Customer waiting area is spacious nice to have coffee while you wait. Shuttle driver was very courteous, we knew quite a few people we used to work with at Rountree Olds Cadillac.

Overall decent service. Was told the ac was fixed and had delivered to my parents house Friday 6/12. Drive that afternoon no Ac. The customer service when I spoke to service manager was awful. Proceeded to tell me “when I was younger I had no ac”. That was very inappropriate. After they had my car a week, it took another 4 days to get fixed. As of now the Ac is still working. I’m grateful for that.
