Justin Dickerson showed me the Nissan Altima & is a wonderful, knowledgeable salesperson! He answered all of my questions, and believe me, I had lots!!! He was not able to get financing for me but I will send all my friends & relatives to see the sales staff at Wilson Premier Hyundai because they truly care about meeting their customer's needs.

Find a Deal at Wilson Premier
I found a Chevy I wanted through the USAA car buying service. There were few in the metro area, and half of them immediately fell through at inferior dealers. I was directed to Wilson Premier and found two options. They were curteous and fair throughout the sale. After two weeks I received a curtesy checkup, and I still have some factory warranty left today. I would recomend Wilson to any car seeker who needs a valuable option when lokingng for the right automobile.

Worst vehicle purchase experience
This was by far my most frustrating vehicle purchase ever. We purchased a 2017 Durango from Flo about two months ago. After we had decided that we wanted to buy the vehicle we were rushed through the entire process, like they just wanted us to get out the door. Normally I would not mind this since it saves me from spending the whole day at the dealership. But during this rush they failed to do several things we had asked them to do. First, they did not detail the car and made an excuse as to why they didn’t do it. They never gave us the car fax after I had asked for it (I had to go back up there a few days later to make them print it off). We were being pushed so hard to buy an extended warranty from the financing guy (he tried to pitch it to us about 3 to 4 times, no means no). And to top it all off we requested to get a spare tire that was missing from th vehicle. One man from the service department told us as we were loading up our new vehicle that he personally put us a new tire underneath the vehicle. Come to find out, he did not. It took several visits to the dealer, countless calls and finally a report to the better business bureau before we got our spare tire. I will never buy anything from this dealership again and I will make sure that no one I know will either.

Sleazeballs
The salesperson was wonderful but very new. The management from F & I, Used Car Manager and the General Manager were sleazeballs. Hopefully the salesperson will see that and run for the hills!

Never would I buy from them again.
They offered me wayyy too low for a trade in vehicle, then would not take a penny off the vehicle I wanted to purchase even though I put $5k cash down. After I bout the vehicle it made funny sounds, the window and blue tooth wouldn't work. And they did not want to help me repair the issues.

John Watts is amazing.
Mr. John Watts is the only thing good about Wilson Hyundai. He was very respectful, understanding, and helpful. He made me feel valued as a customer. But the rest of Wilson Hyundai is garbage.
