Steve was absolutely fantastic throughout our 2025 Sienna purchase. From the moment we placed our order, he was super communicative — constantly keeping us updated while the vehicle was being built and during delivery. His friendliness and easygoing personality made the whole process stress-free; I felt completely comfortable talking with him, unlike many other salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past. He was also very transparent about pricing and options, and genuinely worked to get us an amazing deal. I never felt pressured — just supported and informed every step of the way. If you’re thinking of getting a new Toyota, I can’t recommend Steve Denson enough. He truly went above and beyond!

Steve Denson - we have worked with Steve since the lease of our first new Camry in March 2000 and then in 2003.  We then bought our 2002 Sequoia from Steve and it is going strong coming up on 300K miles!  My daughter bought her 2017 Camry from Steve and my brother and his family have bought all of their Toyotas from Steve. The first word that comes to mind with Steve is INTEGRITY. I am not an easy customer and my wife hates the car buying process and would only do it with Steve.   His communication is great.  He is helpful in the education of the customer not only about the car itself, but the process.  He is honest and straightforward about what he can and cannot do in the negotiation of pricing and terms - no games - no back and forth.   He is just enjoyable to work with and we have developed a good relationship over the years. After reading some of Steve's reviews, I see that I am not unique! He is such a great guy everyone wants to work with him again and again. In 2004 I got lucky and got Steve as my sales person. He listened to me list what I wanted and then took me across the street to a brand new 2004 Sienna. I drove that car until last week! I had such a great experience with Hamer I thought I go back to get another car. I was so surprised to find Steve still there and he remembered me and what he sold me! So again he listen to what I wanted and found EXACTLY what I wanted down to the color! (Not so easy when buying a used car!) I am so pleased with my new car and would work with Steve again in a heartbeat! Thanks Steve!
