I purchased a rave4 on April 20,2018 sale person very nice but when come to finance department is something else. It was a cash purchase pay with my personal check, i been told that i have fill out a finance paperwork for it even though i pay cash.just incase my check bounce, if my check bounce than they will sent directly to financing company. but my check not bounce than they will disgard the paper work. They LIE!!!!!! long story short , weeks later i receive the letter in the mail stating that they cannot financing my vehicle. i was shock because i they cash my check within two days. i call Hamer finance department , talk to Pete Kern regarding the letter i received, immediately telling me because the time of purchase i told them i need a day or two to get third parties loan. i telling him i did not said such thing anyway meanwhileto explain to himbut seem like he careless because he constantly talking to other person in his office.I am trying to explain what the letter state not surprise he HANGUP on me. I feel like Hamer Toyota sale my information for third parties.because of Pete' action. For all of you out there Don't Believe Hamer Finance Department

This is our second car from Hamer Toyota. Our first time, we were lucky to come across Juan Cebedo. He was super helpful, very polite and most importantly... we never felt pressure. This time around, we went straight to Juan. And once again he was awesome. He took care of us, from start to finish. Everything went well, except during the time we went to the back with Eric, in financing. He was a bit pushy on selling us extra coverage... we kept on telling him we were not interested but he kept on trying to sell. At one point, my husband got a bit annoyed. Thankfully, Eric finally got the point, and we were able to finalize the sell. Overall, a great experience. Once again, thank you Juan Cebedo!

We had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we got out of the car. They even gave my kids donuts while we waited and made them comfortable.
