Purchased a new GMC Denali 3.0 Duramax. Two months and 6,000 miles later the engine is defective. No ETA on a new engine - salesman says it could be 4 months. No option but to wait or trade it in and take a personal loss in depreciation. When a new vehicle fails catastrophic it should be a full refund or vehicle exchange for like kind, not trade it in for the dealer to make more money on my loss.

Service Dept sucks ! I had an appointment at 12:00 and 3hours later they have not even started on my car for a tail light second time it has gone out !) SALES DEPT ( JONATHAN) is awesome . No use for the service dept . I am not even sure they know what they are doing !! Posted 10/08/2025 😡

Service was very professional . The customer service team kept me informed about the situation. The wait time was about what I was expecting with the number of customers in line ahead of me.

I received excellent service for an oil change and tire rotation. I work less than 5 miles from the Shreveport location, but on my last oil change, I had to return to the dealership three times because of poor service and incomplete oil change. The Bossier GMC rebuilt my confidence in using their GMC Service Dept.

The service has always been top-notch. The employees are very professional. However, the dealership has decided not to honor GM prepaid maintenance plans so I can no longer take my vehicle there for service.

I called ask about the price, they gave it to me. I went to look at the truck it was in the front running I test drove it I said it was a deal. They carried it to have it cleaned up while I signed the paperwork. I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated and taken care of.👍🏻

Service DEPT, need to Inspect Vehicle to make sure All work done is CORRECTLY /CLEAN, BEFORE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER, IF THAT VEHICLE CLEAN MY SURE IT COME BACK CLEAN, THEY WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIMENT FOR ME, THIS WAS FAR THE WORST ONE. I WAS PATIENT DOING THIS WHOLE ORDEAL, I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE a BETTER COMPENSATION, for my Headache and Missing My Trip out of Town, I had to go the Next day. 4 Hours from 8am to 12 Noon for a Minor Service. That's Not Good.

Went in to see what was wrong with the breaks. Was told that nothing wrong with the breaks but the rotors are out of round. Not sure what that means. So he change them rotors and break pads. Pick up the vehicle, nothing was fix but a ripoff of $634.00 Miscommunication or the representative not listening. I got my old rotors back and the break pads. He give me back the rotors and one set of breaks pads. I ask where the other set..he said this is it... take the rotors and break pads to two different mechanic shop...they said nothing wrong with them.
