Shabby Service
Carried vehicle in for oil change/tire rotation, and check two low tires. They said no work was done to the tires due to wear, but still charged me for full oil change/tire rotation. Also took 6hrs for just an oil change.

I had a 10:00 appointment on 4/26/2023 to get an oil
I had a 10:00 appointment on 4/26/2023 to get an oil change and 2 coolant temperature sensors replaced. They didn’t have my oil filter or the sensors so I paid for the sensors and scheduled a 10:00 appointment for 4/27/2023. I arrived on time 4/27 and was told the parts didn’t come in. Nobody bothered to check this before the appointment. I had a ride waiting on me so now I’ve wasted 2 trips and my wife’s time to pick me up at Mike Morgan GMC Bossier City. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wasn't able to close the deal with Shea Maddox, but if your looking for a sales person that will go above and beyond I recommend Shea. They were going to drive 12 hours to pick up the vehicle. I am just a picking buying which isin't their fault. I applaud his customer service and the attempt to get the deal done.

ridicules, mechanics are idiots. it seems all they are interested in is how deep they can get into your wallet. after the forth visit and still not fixed, I told them forget it, and they tried to make me pay for parts not installed and work not performed. I will never step foot there again for anything.

Zero Customer Service
Couldn’t tell you what buying a truck is like from this dealership. I have gotten ignored by “salesman”. I called and inquired with a “salesman” about discussing a truck around 8:30-9am. He quickly ended call and said he would call me back when he got more info. 6 hours later 2:30-3:30pm texted to see if there was more info and told by him via text truck was in transit to dealership. I said well can we talk numbers, and maybe it could be sold upon arrival. Was blown off with him saying “I’m no longer at work” and haven’t heard from them since. Guess they don’t need my business. I am a motivated buyer and will find a motivated seller at other dealership I guess. I’m not local so can’t stop in and said this from beginning, maybe this is why I was ignored.

After they get your money they are done with you.
Bought a new truck from this dealer sight unseen. Big mistake. After I received it I noticed some issues. I contacted the salesman to work a deal to trade it for something else. I believe they do not want the truck I bought with it's issues even though they sold it to me. Salesman has now gone radio silent and will not contact me. Very unscrupulous dealership. Too much money involved to be scammed or even deal with these types of businesses.
