Better than any other BIG DEALERSHIPS

I have had the opportunity to purchase several vehicle over the last 10 years for myself and family. I have never had or enjoyed the experience like we had with Chris and his team. Very personable and not a bunch of "con artist high pressure salesmen. We were treated like old friends and not like another sale. Everything was explained to us and they were very fair with our trade. They did not try and swindle us. I can go on and on. I can tell you that we will be back to deal with Hays the next time we are in the market for a quality vehicle from a quality dealer. Thanks Hays Auto.... you guys ROCK!

No Follow Through

Searching for a slightly used 2014 Truck, I originally contacted this dealer over the phone. Initial contact went very well got information and explained that I wanted to trade in my 3 year car in on a newer truck. Got an email requesting pictures of my car and all details. I sent everything and waited 2 days with no response. So I called them again asked for the individual that I originally spoke to and they said ok hold on, then hung up. I called back and was told hold on then someone other than who I requested answered, I asked again for the other guy, said he was busy. Ok, so had to go through the whole thing again and said I emailed the pictures already, they didn't get them, ok, sent them again to this guy, who said "ok got them, give me 15 minutes and I'll call you back with your trade in numbers". That was two days ago. It's obvious that they didn't want to work a deal that they probably didn't want my sports car on trade going into winter, however how unprofessional can they be to not even return the call and say so. No customer service, I feel that a bunch of kids fresh out of high school would do a better job.

Ron Haus Auto Group was more like family

This was one great buying experience, I have been to many lots and dealerships but this was the best, by the time myself and my wife left we had a new family, from the owner to the sales people, also the service persons. We were treated with dignity and respect and honesty, as you know these days this is hard to find. We know if we need anything we would not hesitate to call. Several persons said to go to Haus, they are very satisfied, and now so are we. And it was sure nice to receive a phone call three months after we bought are vehicle asking us if we are satisfied have any concerns and to make sure our equinox is running ok, and never hesitate to call. Great dealership and sevice

What a pleasure it was dealing with Frank Crone!

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Frank Crone at Haus. He was great to deal with. Everything he and the staff at Haus said would happen....did....and I rode off with the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Thanks guys!

Excellent

Just got my 3rd car from Haus Auto Group. Loving my 2013 Ford Edge! It is so nice going to a place where they work hard to get you a great deal on a great car. Frank Crone is the man you want to see when your out looking to get something new. There are many options of used vehicles from cars, trucks and SUVs. Great service and everyone is so nice! I LOVE MY NEW SRX!!

I WAS SHOPPING FOR A 2011 0R 2012 CADILLAC SRX FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WHITE OR BLACK I CAME ACROSS HAUS AUTO GROUP'S WEBSITE AND THEY HADE A PRITTY GOOD SELECTION OF CADILLAC'S I CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND FRANK ANSWERED THE PHONE I SET UP A TEST DRIVE FOR THE NEXT DAY ON A BLACK SRX I SAW ON THERE WEBSITE AND AFTER THAT ITS ALL HISTORY THE SUV WAS REALLY CLEAN NON SMOKER ONE OWNER WITH NEW BRAKES AND NEW TIRES THE TEST DRIVE WENT GREAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE PAYMENT IN MY BUDGET THE TRANSATION WENT SMOOTHLY AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR I WIOULD RECOMMEND HAUS TO ANYONE !!

They go above and beyond!

I just purchased a Chevy Camaro yesterday, and I am in love! My salesman, Frank Crone, was absolutely amazing! We drove a little over an hour to look at the car, and they made sure we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in! They gave me a great deal, and made sure the car was perfect before I left the lot. The staff is so easy to get along with and the selection is great! I will always recommend Haus Auto Group to family and friends.
