GREAT DEALERSHIP
I helped a family member purchase a car at Haus and therefor am writing this review. I waited for a time to write it because I am VERY skeptical of car dealers and wanted to see how the ENTIRE deal played out. We were Pleasantly impressed. The day we test drove the vehicle (it was used) a couple of warning lights came on. The salesman said they would check it out and they did. He told us that if we wanted to purchase the car we would have to wait, because they needed to do some repairs. He then told us that they would deliver the car to us as we were a couple of hours away. We also noticed a little corrosion on the hood and he said they would fix that. The car was VERY clean so we decided to take it. Not only did they do the repairs but they also replaced the headlights because they had minor damage. When all was said and done they delivered the vehicle in tiptop shape, ALL repairs completed at no cost to us and no they didn't raise the price on the car either. The car was also fairly priced to begin with. We received the title within the week and after driving the car for some time now it is running great. One last thing after 2 to 3 weeks we received a check in the mail for a couple of hundred bucks. When we called to see what the check was for they said we had over paid and that was money they owed us WOW! Haus could have easily kept it and we would never have known. At the end of the day we would definitely not hesitate to go back to this dealer I only wish they were closer.

Great car buying experience!
I researched for months on a Ford Explorer and found the best deal and the best car at Haus Auto Group. The website provided tons of great photos so we drove over an hour to test drive and the car was exactly as portrayed online. Steven was our sales representative and Kenny in finance did our loan. Great job!

Amazing Car Dealer... At Last
Buying a used car is always a stress and I'm sure everyone knows the reasons. Haus Auto Group showed me buying a car can be easy and fun. No hype, high pressure, or endless hours spent waiting for a bottom line deal. I saw the car I wanted, presented a fair offer and had no hassle. There were a few items on the car that needed repair or checked and every concern I had was repaired with genuine factory parts. They far exceeded my expectations. The salesman, finance, prep and detail employees all went out of their way to show their care for me and my purchase. I actually left without that haunting feeling that I had just made a mistake. Never seen anything like this at a car dealer. If you are looking for a good car, Haus Auto Group needs to be your car dealer. They won my business forever. Charles F.

Great dealer/great experience 2010 Dodge Van
Best experience that we ever had a a dealership. My husband Dan and I were looking to trade in his 97 Ford conversion van for something newer so my brother recommended Haus and to talk to Ken in fianance first. I told Ken what type of vehicle we were looking for and what kind of payment we were also looking for. After checking to see where we were Ken introduced me to Frank. We talked about my options with the vehicles that they had, then came up with a Dodge van that would fit what we were looking for. Frank showed me the van inside and out then I took it for a drive. It was what I thought that Dan would like, went in told Ken. Ken said that it would work out in the payment range we needed to be in and for me to bring Dan in the next day to finalize everything. When I took Dan in to see what the guys helped me pick out he was extremely happy.After we finalized the deal Frank took us around to the service department introducing us to Tony the service manager and several of the other employees. Sign, sealed and delivered just as promised!! I have heard horror stories about how women are treated when they go car shopping and was very nervous going without Dan. Well my fears were unfounded shopping at Haus! Ken and Frank were very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional with me. They made us feel very welcomed, were treated with the utmost respsect when we went to finalize the deal. Dan and I are extremely happy with the whole experience. Definatley will send family and friends out to see Frank and Ken when they are looking to purchase another vehicle!!!!

Stay Away!
Drove 2.5 hours to purchase a truck that I had talked to them about several times and when I got there they back paddled on the what they were going to give me for my trade-in! I made it very clear that if they would not give me a set amount for my truck that I was not interested and didn't want to make the drive. I was at the dealership for an hour waiting on them to make phone calls to local dealers and possible buyers only to find out that they offered me thousands less than what they originally told me. My truck is in pristine condition minus some scratches in the bed. Will never consider them for a purchase again.

Please understand, the process we use to determine a fair actual value may sometimes be time consuming, however as you can tell by looking at our 100+ customer reviews, we go out of our way to strive for complete customer satisfaction. We offered a "SIGHT UNSEEN" appraisal for your truck. Although you drove 2.5hrs hoping for a higher offer, once we saw the vehicle it was clear that our offer was more than were comfortable investing in your vehicle, however as promised we stuck to our word and honored our appraisal amount. At no point did we backpedal and offer you a lesser amount than we agreed to over the phone. I am very sorry you are less than satisfied. Enjoyed our purchase experience
We recently purchased a used car from Haus, never having stopped there before. We saw great photos on the website of the type of car we were seeking, and the features we wanted were clearly shown in the pictures. When we were nearing a decision, Steve was extremely patient with our concerns. He pursued further information with Toyota to upgrade our navigation system, and attempted several ways to identify a wire to answer another question. The purchase experience was pleasurable and smooth.

Internet changed the market, they get it!
I was looking for a Prowler on Cars.com at about midnight one evening and I found 5 cars that I was interested in. I used the website's email feature and I sent an email to 5 different dealerships saying that I was a serious buyer and asking for their best price on their used car. I also sought an offer on my trade in. Steve from Haus contacted me first thing in the morning and before that business day was over, after many texts and phone calls, we had an agreement. It was not until the following day that I heard from a 2nd of the 5 dealerships and the other 3 never responded at all. I believe the others are stuck in the "call or stop in" mode. I think Haus understands that some buyers like myself prefer emails and texts over lengthy telephone calls. They also understand that some buyers are also very ready to pull the trigger on a purchase and you have to act very fast, not wait around a day or two. I drove the 600 miles to pick up the car and the dealership was prepared and the car was exactly as promised. Also, they got me in and out fairly quickly with zero games and no surprises. There were no games played over my trade either, they gave me what they said they would give me. The entire experience had none of the classic old car dealership foolishness. I would recommend them to anyone.
