BUYER BEWARE!!!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE WITH ISSUES TO FILE WITH THE AG'S OFFICE ONLINE, it only takes a few minutes to fill out the form! thats what they're here for! Just in case they suddenly forget they sold us this 2016 VW GTI on 6/3/26 If I could give ZERO stars, thats what they deserve! Within 2 weeks of buying this VW, it was in the shop for a leaking coolant issue. Within 1 month it's sitting at Carrollton VW finding out the REAL issues.... they asked me if I "could just return the car to the dealership, because of the MAJOR transmission problems", on top of the coolant issue Cross was supposed to repaired and did not. AS OF 8/11/26 to add the $4006.12 estimate for the bad transmission and org part they claimed to fix

Nothin but problems with the vehicle I've purchased. Been to dealer 4 times to fix problems. Now it won't crank. Haven't even had it 2 months
