This was my second automobile purchase from Herlong Ford this year. Both buying experiences were as easy as could be. The entire staff from the front receptionist to the detail guys are absolutely as professional and friendly as they come. A pleasure doing business with this dealership!

My experience with Herlong Ford was just OK. I spoke with Jim and he was polite and responded in a timely manner. I set up a time to drive over two hours to Herlong Ford to make a deal on a used F150. When I arrived I test drove the truck and realized it had 3,000 more miles than what was listed on line. I understand the mileage being different due to test drives etc. but to be off by 3,000 miles just seems deceptive. The listing also stated that the truck came with a bed mat and that was also untrue. Elizabeth from customer care reached out to me to ask about my experience and I addressed these concerns with her. I was told that they use standard listings for the descriptions and the truck never came with a bed mat (even though the online listing said it did) and that I still got a good deal because the reduced the price due to the 3,000 additional miles (they may have reduced the price but it never showed an increase of miles online). Overall the transaction was Ok. I drove over 4 hours total to pick up this truck and I was disappointed when the product did not match the listing. I found the additional 3,000 miles and the lack of a bed mat deceitful.

From our first call to inquire about vechicle was terrible service no follow up , I was always reaching out . The only one person was your finance person she was very nice & thorough. Jamie lacked followed up and when it came to service that was really awful . Had our car over a week and wasn't even looked at till the Thursday after they had it one full week. Literally had called over 15x just to get it in service. Never again Herlong !! I'll stick with Jim Hudson

Excellent service throughout the sales process. Vehicle pricing was very straightforward. I was able to complete 90% of the transaction from my home and only needed to spend 30 minutes at the dealership. Thanks Jim!

I have been working with Bryan on my 2019 F150 King Ranch...
I have been working with Bryan on my 2019 F150 King Ranch since I bought it it has a vibration problem and it has Pits on the emblem on the back of the tailgate paperwork has been submitted to Ford and hopefully we will get a Swift action taken on resolving the issue is wonderful to work with any other great staff I have all the confidence in the world that will resolve this issue thanks again
