I was very surprised how everyone i encountered was

I was very surprised how everyone i encountered was willing to help. Anna was my sales person she was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She took care of my needs in regards to the purchase of the car and other necessities like car insurance, she did it all with a warm smile. I ran into a glitch with my purchased and they when I feel above and beyond. Walked away with a very nice purchased and a wonderful experience. I liked the location it was easy to find and surrounded by a small community. The interior was very pleasant and relaxed. Thank you

Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. No pressure and they give an upfront, out the door price with no dealer add one or hidden costs. We will continue to use them for our vehicle purchases.

Been looking at the Bronco’s lately and earlier this week

Been looking at the Bronco’s lately and earlier this week I found out about the RAPTOR SERIES. OH BOY THE SEARCH WAS ON. Internet surfing I found several at Herlong in Edgefield so I paid a visit today and purchased one, absolutely a pleasant experience with Jackie, very nice clean dealership big selection they did not disappoint. .

The entire experience was good.

The entire experience was good. Ana was very helpful and personable. Her demeanor and personality made what could be a stressful situation very relaxed. She was happy to answer any questions and offered her assistance in any way that was needed. Cindy made the part I hate most (paperwork) so easy. She was very organized and walked me through everything. Definitely a place I would recommend.

My father bought every car he has own since 1967 from what was Yonce Ford therefore always a trusted dealership. Hopefully the tradition continues since it was bought out by Herlong

I would like to THANK Herlong Ford and Kim for having the most pleasurable experience of trading my upside down Volvo in. This dealership worked with me when most dealerships were very quick to tell me that there was nothing they could do for me. Kim was honest and trustworthy from the beginning to the end! Meryl in financing was wonderful and shopped for the best lender with my credit. Iv always gone to the bank and taken the dealership the check but I trusted Meryl to shop for me and that says a lot! I also want to thank Derek for delivering my car to me…2 1/2 hours away! People…this dealership went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service; I’ll buy from them again!

DOESNT DISCLOSE THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL WARRANTY LEVELS!

DOESNT DISCLOSE THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL WARRANTY LEVELS!!! I purchased a 2016 Chevy Colorado in December of 2024. At the time I purchased it was not disclosed to me that there were levels of warranty. I've had to pay for an EVAP leak, a New Battery, and now I can't control my settings on the touchsceen. I even spoke with the Warranty people myself who stated it was not covered due to me not purchasing the highest warranty. I spoke with the general manager, Jim Foley who stated that I knew and"My finance people are hungry and would have told you." After trying to work something out. I was rudely told by said manager, "I think you need to leave now." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
