We just purchased our first Infiniti from this dealership and had an amazing experience. Salesman Colin was knowledgable and courteous, sales manager was great too. Overall just a great experience. They went above and beyond to make it a good experience and without us really even asking. Excited to get my new car!

Completely Satisfied
I recently purchased an Infiniti EX 35 at Sewell Infiniti and couldn?t be more pleased with my experience. The man I worked with, Roger Bernard, who also sold my brother his car, was beyond helpful. I told him I wasn?t quite sure what I wanted but after being in a car accident, knew I wanted something safe. After meeting him during my brother?s car buying experience I knew that he would be honest, sincere, and diligent in finding the right car for me. Roger made me feel very comfortable and completely satisfied with my decision. I would recommend Roger to anyone needing a new car. The other staff there were also attentive and even asked if I would like the TV channel changed in the lounge area while I was waiting. Sewell knows how to treat it's customers and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car.

Just bought our second car in three months from Roger at Sewell Infiniti FTW. The buying experience it like none other! There's none of the "salesman tricks" that you see at all the other dealerships! They go above and beyond to make the experience easy, pleasant and to build repeat customers. When we wanted remote start added after we bought our car Roger lent us his personal Infiniti for two days so we wouldn't be down a car. He is extremely knowledgable and super easy to work with. Just wish we needed another car! Free car washes for life and they go above and beyond to make sure our cars are well maintained even at there expense. No nickel and diming here. Roger is the best!

Extraordinary
From the first minute of our visit to Sewell Infiniti and introduction to our salesman, Roger Bernard, the Sewell experience was beyond our wildest expectation. Roger was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, inviting and not at all pushy( like so many salespeople can be). We knew what we were looking for in a car - the new JX - and Roger knows that car inside out. He led us through all the features of the car, allowed us to really push the car through all the technology. We shopped around, but nothing could compare to the Roger Bernard Sewell Infiniti experience. We love love love our new JX......sweet ride, smart and safe.

Sewell Infinity Dealership of Fort Worth
This was the first time I have purchased a new luxury vehicle. The process was easy. The staff friendly as expected. David Dickey was completely at our service for the entire process from the "window shopping" phase and the serious inquiry phase, and through the financing process. There were no questions left unanswered. Mr. Dickey definitely went the extra mile and made it seem as if that was "routine". As anyone who has purchased a vehicle knows, it is a time consuming process and I loved that the facility was comfortable and accommodating, not only for me and my wife, but also for my young son who is easily bored. Even my 8 year old son seemed to enjoy th comfort and hospitality of the facility for the hours we were there. This made the process less stressful. I love the vehicle as well and I am not a "car person". I actually look forward to driving this vehicle and wish I had more reason to do so than I already do. I also look forward to working with Sewel for the coming years as they have reminded me through their example of how important customer service is. I hope I can get my next luxury vehicle from them in the future and would definitly recommend them to a friend or family member.

Awesome Customer service
I worked with David Dickey and he was great! Found the car on the web, sent him am e-mail and he replied on Sunday night, wow! Spoke to him Monday am, negotiated the price, worked out my trade value and fiancing all without ever going there. then he delivered the car Thursday to me in College Station. all around great experience. Highly recommend them.

I will like to speak of the exemplary customer service I CONTINUALLY receive at Sewell Infiniti, Fort Worth, TX. It begins as you drive up to this magnificent, new facility. A great building helps, however being one is believes in traditional values, it is the service that makes this Infiniti Dealership among the very best. A great example is Mr. David Dickey in Sales. This gentleman is obsessed with outstanding customer service. Without being overbearing, he exhibits excellent communication, professional appearance and a knowledge of the Infiniti product line that is simply astounding. From the specs, to performance, to interior/exterior options, to price range and availability, David excels. We play this game in which I study a particular fact about a specific Infiniti model and then pose it back to Mr. Dickey as a question. I am proud to say that To date, Mr. Dickey has not missed a single question! Impressive! Those are just a few of the accolades for David. Perhaps his greatest is his genuine concern for each customer. He plays with the children, acknowledges and displays (additional) respect for US Military personnel and our senior citizens, and never condescends to anyone. The Infiniti line speaks for itself---performance, luxury, great pricing, outstanding features. I love my FX-35 but when the time comes to purhase a new Infiniti, Mr. Dickey will be my salesman; afterall, he is already a friend! I highly recommend Sewell Infiniti and in particular Mr. David Dickey!

Scott Hays was wonderful from day 1 to the final purchase! We had visited other dealerships and one even presented us with a dirty car! Scott took the time to have his car washed and presented us with a beautiful 2010 Toyota Corolla. Our son loved it so we purchased it! My family and I are Sewell customers from now on!
