Poor communicaton/Poor customer service

Our vehicle was in for repairs for over two weeks when we called for an update at which time we were informed no work had been performed and in fact the location of our vehicle was uncertain. We were told a call would be returned and it was not. We called the following day and still no vehicle was located. Finally received a call that the vehicle was located and work would begin when part/parts were ordered and received. No apology or expedited service was offered or delivered.

Marc was wonderful to work with and made buying a new car

Marc was wonderful to work with and made buying a new car a breeze. He had only my interest in mind he even sent me pictures of the car so I could see it was just what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him to friends

I was having my xt5 services with scott and was sent over by the Auto body side. They are awesome . I snuck up to sales while that was happening and Marc G . gave me a stellar tour of the inventory and set me up with the most perfect suv ever !
