DO NOT BUY

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE! Ivan is the most rudest salesman ever! This place is highway robbery! Do not waste your time or money at this lot!

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE

Purchased vehicle from here. It was a 2006 Hummer H3. Should have had mechanic check instead of taking their word of 'everything is good on car. Just needs battery charged.' Purchased car for almost $8k. Within 3 weeks I had to replace the entire engine and catalytic converter. That cost me about $5.4k. NOW... the transfer case, cv axle and other things have broken. Mechanic also noticed rusted through floor boards. Estimated more thousands of dollars in repairs. Mechanic said he would not fix even if he owned the car. So, after 3 months of owning this vehicle, i am forced to sell it for basically scrap. Hoping to get $3k out of it to put down on a car from a reputable dealer. I am now $13k CASH down the drain. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT THE VEHICLE! If you are determined to purchase a car from them, have a mechanic do a thorough check of the car. Not just a quick check. THOROUGH! You have been warned!

Subaru

Went there to test drive a Subaru Legacy and ivan told me feel free to check the lot while waiting for the car to return from test drive. He told me there was 2 more people wanted to see the car. I received a marketplace notification price change from the Subaru Legacy that I wanted to test drive from $5999 to $6999. I left before I can test drive the car.

Good Experience

I bought an used Honda Civic about three months ago at a decent price. The process was pretty easy and straightforward and it only took like an hour. Afterwards, I took the car for an oil change and a check up. I only needed to replace the front brakes and a sway bar. It was just basic routine maintenance so it did not cost too much. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it.

Excellent Service

Working with Ivan and everyone else at Empire Motors was a breeze. They were super helpful and they were extremely patient with me even though I didn't have everything that I needed when I was trying to purchase a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop. They also resolved some vehicle issues I noticed before I even bought it. I've been out and about driving the car for 2 plus weeks now with only one issue I didn't notice during my initial test drive. If I had noticed during my test drive, I'm sure they would have resolved it before purchase. 5 stars, great service.

Lots of dents

Ivan couldn’t have been less interested in pursuing the sale. He was rude and distracted the entire time. He seems to have no stake in the business. When I asked him about vehicle maintenance, he defiantly said, “Nope. None.” Okay, then. I then asked him if he could send pictures of the many dents he claimed the car had. Seeming bored and annoyed, he responded, “They are on the website.” News flash, Ivan. I can see that. It’s clear that I meant I wanted close-ups to determine the extent. And, these days, it’s not hard to snap pics. See, I’m not a salesperson, but I am working with a brain stem: if cars are flying off the shelf, I would understand being lazy about the sale. The car I was looking at has been sitting for a long time, so, I’d prob be a bit less lazy

Garbage Dealership

Purchased a truck. Sales experience was horrible. Staff was rude and short. Truck needed $1300 in repairs within weeks. Truck also had after market locking wheel lugs, which the dealership did not know about! This means that they never took the wheels off to do an inspection, which they claimed they had. Dirty dealership and cars, unintelligent and rude staff, cars that fall apart as soon as you drive away.
