Even though the service center was slammed, Jose was able

Even though the service center was slammed, Jose was able to get me in and out within a very reasonable timeframe. He also told me about a coupon that I didn’t even realize I had. I would also like to compliment the cashier. She was hustling trying to obtain loaner vehicles, follow up on status of vehicles, answering calls and checking out customers at the same time. She was phenomenal to watch work. I love a little hustle!! Thanks!

I have always taken my 2500HD to Simpson for all my services and a recent recall part for the tailgate and as always excellent customer service. I would like to especially thank Luis Mejia for his outstanding customer service, he has been the service personnel that has taken my service request when I pull in and does an excellent job thanks again Simpson Chevrolet.

Took my car in the get keys made.

Took my car in the get keys made. Charged my $500, took 30 mins to return my car to me when I when I arrived to pick it up. Someone in service backed the car into something, broke the tail light and refused to replace it.
