Not good service dealer as they do not greet you professionally just right away ask you what's the reason for your visit and did you purchase the vehicle here? They are only looking for what has to be paid out of pocket not under warranty not even telling me what they can and can't do just that they will need my vehicle for 2-3days and a loaner or rental is not covered?? If I have a unsafe non drivable vehicle with critical electrical/sensory issues with power that is shutting the vehicle down out of nowhere that is 100% unacceptable and acting like its my doing is on a whole new level of unprofessionalism. I chose this dealer to get a real truthful upfront opinion on whats happening with my new 2025 silverado 1500 6.2 trailboss only 2550mi on it with having all these problems and I leave there with only an oil change nothing else diagnosed or looked at is absurd & requires a look over of this staff. For a dealership that gets all this recognition on tv ads to apps with the name Simpson the owner needs to show up weekly for a few weeks at least to understand what fully happens at this dealership in particular!!

I would normally have car services in the HB location but wanted to make a switch to Garden Grove. This location is much better in customer service, straight forward, fast service when you have an appointment which is wonderful. The waiting area is clean as well.

Jose Guerrero provides a thorough detail of what priority maintenance and parts is needed to complete the service. His customer service is high in quality and excellence. The loaner and cashier team is always very helpful and knowledgeable!

They forgot about me even though I had an appointment. I had arrived at 3 and ended up leaving at 6:30. I had to go up to them and remind them since they were letting people go before me.
