I don’t have much experience with any department other than service. Ran into some troubles with my car, but I’ve always been well taken care of. Because of their costumer service I prefer to make the drive from Anaheim cause I know just what kind of service I’m gonna get. Awesome service!! I also book my appointments with the same service advisor. Louise Mejia is the best

Aside from the service Luis provided, the rest of my experience was subpar. My standards had to be lowered to a minimum to appreciate the quality of service received from all other staff. Why is everybody so miserable in their job? That is what was projected, not just on this visit, but my previous one as well. Sandy attempted to be kind and professional in a perfunctory type manner, but nonetheless, she was made an effort to make one feel present and heard. Amber, who assisted me on 2 occasions was not welcoming at all, she barely acknowledged that I was present and just went through the motions as probably required by her employer. I was not assisted by the other cashier, but she looks just as miserable to be there as the rest. My experience with the vehicle service on both occasions was protracted, but the issues covered by my warranty appears to have been resolved. The loaner vehicle department needs better leadership. It is disorganized and possibly short staffed since the employees appeared to be constantly overwhelmed and provide poor service. It should be noted that on both occasions my vehicle was driven by someone in your organization and I doubt that it was for diagnostic purposes. Gas consumption and added mileage were noticeably excessive. I kept records of my gas and mileage on both occasion and both times the gas gauge and the miles did not match what I recoded at drop off. Furthermore there was ding and scratches on the hood, body and rims that were not there at drop off. On my las visit upon returning the rental vehicle, I was advised that there was a small scratch on the right front quarter panel. At no time did I do anything to cause that. I insist that it was not my fault. Upon check out, I was given a quote for repairs, which I believe to be excessive. I relayed my sentiment to Amber and she proceeded to tell me that she would not release my vehicle unless I payed either the quoted amount or my insurance deductible. Who does that? How embarrassing and appalling to be subjected to my vehicle being held for ransom because this organization does not go through the proper insurance claim protocol. I paid the ransom and retrieved my vehicle. Now, who is going to pay for all that damage on my vehicle? Reimbursement for the gas and mileage that was used during the joyrides by your employees? I expect compensation and vehicle repairs to make me whole and to account for this horrible experience that this location has put me through.

My ZR1 was in the shop with only 130 miles as it wad delivered to me with a defective, inoperable radio which produced NO sound. These items should have been checked BEFORE the car was put inn the showroom for sale. This involved several trips to Simpson which is 50 miles from my home and countless hours of my time to finally correct. The Service dept. was able to correct the problem expediently, but required another RT to Simpson and home.

Chris Sanchez was very professional and made our purchase very smooth. He truly knows the process and made it easy for us. It was a pleasure doing business with Simpson. Kudos also to Eddie in finance... what a pro!!! We did not have a trade in or home delivery.
