Getting appointment was easy and plenty were available. The rep was professional and very respectful. The service was done in a timely manner and also I received a video from the technician while he was working on my car. I have been taking 3 of my cars to this location since 2018 and I am happy with their service, specially in the past couple of years.

Chris Sanchez was a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable, fair, and highly professional. He was not a high-pressure salesperson, a fact my wife and I appreciated. I have purchased 2 trucks here. I think this time the salesman and finance guy were very deceptive. Statements were made like “ we give you catalytic converter replacement, I’m gonna give you 5 years of oil changes, we will also replace your windshield free of charge if it gets damaged. I was under the assumption that these things were given to me, not that they were being sold to me.
