Where is Jerry Kilduff? I then scheduled with Michele. She was not in due to sickness. I was moved to Jacob Burgh. Where is Jerry Kilduff?

This Dealership is awesome!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I’ve got to tell you about my awesome experience at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch I was surfing there site looking for a 4Runner TRD Pro and put in a question and within minutes this guy Nick Hirschy Texts me back and says these are hard to get but he’s on it what do you want in it so I make my list and shoot it back to Nick and sure enough within 5 weeks I’m picking it up at the awesome dealership and let me tell you from Nick to all the people I interacted with I was treated like a VIP so I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Nick Hirschy And everybody at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch I love my TRD Pro thank you so much and see you soon…..and if your looking for a Toyota go see Nick Hirschy And tell him Jeff sent us I’m sure he’ll give you the same great service he gave me!!!!!!! My service agent was excellent.

My service agent was excellent. But the sign noting a 3% service fee if paying with a credit card was off-putting, at best. A company as large as Gettle should NOT be passing that along to the consumer. And the excuse that the machines came pre-programmed that way is lame. Gettle is the Merchant's customer, and can demand to have that corrected. Do your service agents a favor and take down the signs and have the Merchant fix the problem. Otherwise Gettle just looks greedy. Additionally, had I had to pay for something, I would have had to be invoiced so I could come home and write a check. There's NO way I am paying an additional service fee to pay with the most common form of payment today. Also, the claim that the 3% gets deducted off the bill doesn't add up mathematically. And why don't the signs also state that then? Again, excellent service. Excellent agent. Poor policy from Gettle.
