Went to the dealership for three reasons, one of
Went to the dealership for three reasons, one of which was to have a flaw in my tint replaced. After being without my vehicle for the entire day I returned to pick it up. By this time, the person who was assisting me had left for the day. I got in my car and immediately noticed that the tint was FULL of bubbles. I am extremely disappointed! I believe that they will correct it by replacing it again, but the inconvenience is not acceptable. The representative should have checked the work before they called me to pick up my vehicle. A second reason that I went for service required me to pay, as the other issues are under warranty. There was NO disclosure that using a credit card would in-cure a “service fee”. I don’t know what percentage they charged, but it is nearly $50 more dollars. Had they said something I could have paid in a different manner. I did not realize it until I was home.

I am very sorry that you did not have a positive experience. Sometimes when the tint is new it can bubble. Usually after a few days it flattens out. If you are still having an issue please call Diane Beimann our Customer Relations Manager at 941-567-1080. as far as the 3% credit card charge, you should have been advised, but we do have signs on every service desk.
